Que estaba bien abicada, barrio tranquilo, caminando se baja al plan, piezas y baño limpios, camas cómodas y se puede dejar el vehículo dentro.
Que la loza estuviera un poco mas limpia.

The house is run by owner, a painter( artist) who is very welcoming/helpful. It is quite an old house with few rooms located on one way small street quite high with good sea view.
Towel may cost 3000pesos one set or 5000 for two. Walking distance to secured parking in the neighbourhood. Dogs barking at night.

I only selected "excellent" because "awesome" is not an option. This is a small place and the proprietor, Gerardo, is an excellent host. He went above and beyond helping answer my questions and give me suggestions about what to see in Valpsraíso. He was patient with my half-decent Spanish and we had some good conversations. If you want a small, intimate hotel with a friendly host, the Casa Avenida Alemania is a great choice.

Everything was great. We stayed for 4 night during the new year celebrations. The first day we arrived the hosts took us in a tour in the evening which was great. They showed us all the spots and eating places. Nancy and Gerard are absolutely fantastic! On New Year's Eve they decided to have a BBQ which was nice and later after midnight came with us to the street parties. They are a fun lively couple to stay with.
