    The location is good but having a bar on roof top and lift always full .. sometimes the people walking down or up is noise...

    It was just okay to as we needed a place to stay due to late evening flight.

    I booked the top range room and got the highest floor upon checkin. Check-in was easy but when I entered room I saw ants all over floor, TV and even on bedside table. Bathroom floor towel wasn't changed. Aircon took ages to cool down room. No doubt the room was bright enough but because of aircon it makes it harder to stay in room during the day. Bathroom exhaust was poorly fitted. Shower head is so low that it almost touch my head while standing in bath tub. Despite I asked to change the room all they did was to provide extra key so I can keep aircon running all the time and still cooling was inefficient. Location is good close to bui vien.
