* Other homes in the area will claim to have these great views by showing you wide angle pictures but, you end up walking into a small home with very narrow pocket views. Don't be fooled. My home has TRUE 180 degree PANORAMIC views from every deck and room in the home.
* This is my personal residence so I know you will be very comfortable and you will not be disappointed. Its like staying at your personal 5 star luxury hotel.
* If wanting the pool heated for your stay please inquire with owner. SDG&E electric and gas charges have doubled in Jan 2023. The pool heating fee is $50/day for pool heating (87 degrees). Inquire with owner for rate and turning pool heater on.
* If wanting additional guests above 8 persons please inquire with owner. Additional guests fee is $100/day per person for more than 8 persons.
This is an upscale quiet neighborhood so security is always important for the home and guests. There is a Ring doorbell camera located on the front entrance door.
There is an outdoor security camera system. (only outdoor, not indoor!).

Had group of friends 8 stay at house for annual golf trip.
-Main family room is rather small for larger group.
-Only one bathroom is private. 1 is open in the master upstairs, 1 is a toilet open in the laundry room at the bottom of a spiral staircase next to the side TV room.
-Futon/Sofa that counts as bed is rather small
-Outdoor TV by pool barely worked/was unwatchable
Listed 8 guests on my reservation. Host called day before to get full list of guest names, which I thought was odd and have never had anyone ask. When the listing says there is an additional fee for any person over 8 people, that includes even if they stop by the house. Host has cameras all over the exterior of the house, and counts every person that comes through. Was even aware that we had 1 extra person stay for one of the nights, which was rather off-putting. Host ended up asking for money for each additional person that stopped by, even if it was only for a few additional hours.
