A two bedroom seaside property that sleeps up to four
people and is situated in a superb position in Southwold just minutes from the beach. This brand new build has panoramic views of the marshes and harbour on the river Blyth to the rear and sea views to the front.
Perfect for taking early morning coffee and looking out on the dunes from the top floor balcony and then having evening drinks on the patio to watch the most tremendous sunsets over the fields behind.
The interior is modern and light marrying contemporary design with comfort and all amenities offering luxurious flexible and versatile accommodation.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Hutch. Great property and a great location. Over our long weekend we experienced the typically British coastal weather and this house is just perfect whether (sorry!?) it's raining/blowing a gale outside and you want a cosy, snug but clean and modern house to watch it from, or bright sunny periods where the garden and balconies can be enjoyed. Lots to see and do (and eat and drink) around the immediate area and the hosts provide a really useful set of recommendations for local establishments. We'll be back!

The house had lots of cobwebs and was unclean in many places and half of the house kept fusing. The location was great and the information provided before we went was useful and accurate. The Town and beach are excellent
