Nice location with chance of improvement on the sleeping comfort

Good location with private parking, ev charger on location, good bakery and super market right in front. Very clean and well maintained rooms

From a adjacent building there is a constant noise from some kind of fridge, also at night. Either you should use earplugs or shut the windows but also the airco did not managed to keep the 18 degrees we set up

The location description once booked should be a bit more explicit, it is a bit hard to locate. Describing the rooms o er the garage could be better.

Pleasant

The location of the apartment is convenient and there is a near by parking. The apartment has well equipped kitchen and all the basic facilities for a short stay. The entrance to the building and to the apartment was easy and convenient through a code that was sent by an owner on the day of the arrival.

The apartment needs a thorough cleaning. On surface it looked clean, but unfortunately there were areas of mold everywhere: bathroom, walls and even on the mattresses which made it really stressful for me.

Amazing place for families, friends and groups

The location is ideal for trips around the Eifel region. The rooms were extremely clean and much better in reality than the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. There were many new and well maintained amenities at the property. The rooms are beside a creek/river which provides a very nice atmosphere and view. We would definitely select this place again if it is available the next time we are around the region.

Was not a good idea to stay this hotel in winter (ground floor) as it was very cold.

Very very cold in the night. though it the heater kept at max level. rooms were very cold. could not sleep well 😴. not a good idea to stay here in Winter 🥶 bed and towels were just ok , not clean and smelled a lot.

We had a wrong experience with this reservation, and due to the dirthy condition we have decided to quit the apart inmediatly. At first we had to change from apartment N° 4 to 5 because the one that was assigned was not ready. No matter the above mentioned, there was a paintor who have been working at the main entrance of the building. Too much dust inside the building and even at the apartment.

The stay was great but you need a car to travel around.

The location of the apartment is great as you can travel to places like spa from there or Germany (monschau, simmerath...). The apartment was clean and the hosts were very responsive.

I would have liked to have someone going and cleaning the studio more often as we stayed in there for 5 days. For longer stays is better to provide more cleaning stuff (sponges, towels...)

Check in procedure wasn’t that clear. Sorry for messing up the rooms but in our defense: the room on the ground floor has no number and was unlocked… we thought we opened it with the card but that was our mistake…

Excellent for hiking holidays!

The studio is in a very central position in town, but still on a very quiet spot. The studio was spaceous and well-equipped, modern and light. Beds were good, and so was the kitchen equipment. There was also a coffee machine at our disposal (with coffee pads on the house), and television was not only french and german, but also flemish (which is a rarity in these parts of Belgium). In the direct vicinity, there was also plenty of free parking space.

It was quite hot in the studio, even with the windows open, as if some invisible central heating was maintaining 25°C the whole time (maybe because it was a roof studio?). But that was no show stopper to return to this place, we liked it a lot!

Comfortable, clean and well situated with easy access to the High Fens natural park with lots of walks in the area.

The entrance to the car park is very narrow - best to use the nearby (100 m) free public car park.
