Smooth entry, clean and quiet space, there was shampoo/ soap and towels, comfortable pillows, a well equiped kitchen with a stove (pans, cutlery, bowls ... Included)
It would have been nice to have some tea bags in the kitchen

The place, clearly run by an Armenian lady, is situated in a building with permanent residents. They may judge you at first, but you have nothing to worry about.
The location was a bit difficult with local cabs. Only the 4th would oblige and I can warmly recommend his services: Taxi Klinkenberg,

The apartment was really comfortable and modern, with all amenities. The owner was responsive and helpful. Oh, and the location, next to a great bakery :-)
A bit cold at arrival. It would have been good to have the heating on a few hours before arrival. Fortunately, the place got nice and warm quickly once we switched it on.
