VIP 67

My husband and I stayed for a week in Apartment No. 3 at VIP 67 to celebrate our third wedding anniversary—which felt very fitting! From the very beginning, Karine made us feel welcome. She coordinated our arrival brilliantly, arranging access via a lockbox for the keys. Although she doesn’t speak English, she thoughtfully brought her son, Leonardo, to help translate. Through him, it was immediately obvious how kind, friendly and genuinely interested she was in making sure we had a wonderful stay. We had mentioned beforehand that we were arriving on two motorcycles to spend the week exploring the surrounding area. We’d hoped there might be somewhere nearby to park them, but Karine went one better and gave us access to her private garage. Having secure indoor parking gave us real peace of mind and was hugely appreciated. The property itself is lovely. The entrance is beautifully presented with a charming stacked-crate garden, while the apartment’s window boxes were overflowing with colourful flowers that made the whole place feel welcoming before we’d even stepped inside. The apartment has clearly been refurbished to a very high standard. The kitchen was modern, spotless and exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed to cook proper meals: an oven, microwave, two-ring electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. There were also lots of thoughtful little touches, including basics such as salt and pepper. A three-seat dining table was positioned beside the breakfast bar, although we found moving it slightly made it even easier for the two of us to cook together. The bathroom was another highlight. It was beautifully finished and surprisingly spacious—larger than the kitchen, in fact, and almost big enough as a small bedroom! Karine had stocked the drawers with a variety of useful toiletries and thoughtful extras, including menstrual products.

Smooth entry, clean and quiet space, there was shampoo/ soap and towels, comfortable pillows, a well equiped kitchen with a stove (pans, cutlery, bowls ... Included)

It would have been nice to have some tea bags in the kitchen

The place, clearly run by an Armenian lady, is situated in a building with permanent residents. They may judge you at first, but you have nothing to worry about.
