We have spent a 2-week vacation as family with 3 kids. The holiday home was big enough for 5 persons. Everything was complete and the location of the house is in a very quite neighborhood. The landlords Eliane and Roland are very friendly and helpful. The house has an aircondition in living room and the big sleeping room which we have found easily. The equipment in the kitchen (pots and pans) could be a little bit newer but it is ok for cooking. We had a very restful holiday. Thanks to Eliane and Roland...

The house is nice for a big group like ours and has all facilities you’d need. The beach is 1,25 km away, which we could walk in 15 minutes- or we took the car. Nice terrace and garden for eating home.

Very friendly and efficient owners. Comfortable and well-equipped house. Sunny garden great for relaxing in with a book. Within walking distance of the beach. Only small problem was the internet required rebooting occasionally. Hope to revisit in the future.

We really enjoyed our time in Cagnes Sur Mer at this house! We were traveling with 2 babies under the age of one and Roland and Elaine were very accommodating. It is a great location for visits to St Laurent du Var, Nice, Cannes, beautiful beaches in Antibes, and Monico. The grocery store was also very convenient and we could walk to a bakery and sandwich shop.

The house is very comfortable and cozy, all amenities are available and working. The location is great, the sea is quite close. We also could travel a lot and went even to Marseilles and Genoa. Everything was good and we are grateful to Roland and Elaine for their help and support.

"The house completely conforms to the description. Even it is more than that. The house is filled by various convenient trifles for comfort of visitors. Owners of the house are very lovely and careful people. We were really glad to get acquainted with them. The house is very successfully located: it is very silently around, there are no noisy discos and shops. However 2 minutes by car (7 min by pie) up to a supermarket, 5 minutes by car up to a beach. The house has a successful site concerning places of interest (10 minutes by the car up to Nice, a little bit more up to Monaco and Cannes). I regret only about one - one week is is not enough. Next time we shall necessarily stop in this seat for 2-3 weeks."

Villa parfaite, aménagements intérieur et extérieur parfait, soigné , très propre , On se sent comme chez soi , Propriété au calme , proche du bord de mer, des commerces , facilement accessible , environnement agréable , Gentillesse et disponibilité d’Eliane et Nicolas , accueil parfait et attentionné Notre séjour était trop court ..., nous avons hâte d’y revenir , Nous ne nous lasserons jamais de cette région merveilleuse toujours à redécouvrir!!

L'extérieur de la maison, notamment le jardin bien entretenu ont permis de passer d'agréables moments en famille ... Par contre, la décoration intérieure date un peu ... Mais l'essentiel des vacances se situant à l'extérieur, cela n'a pas été un problème en soi ... Une literie confortable ainsi qu'une belle douche à l'italienne sont à mettre en avant ... Pour les points négatifs, il faut noter un réfrigérateur de capacité trop petite pour 6 personnes, malgré la présence d'un grand congélateur à part... Grands rangements dans les chambres mais manque de place pour ce qui concerne l'alimentaire... Ensuite, il faut prévoir un budget climatisation conséquent si on souhaite l'utiliser plus de deux heures par jour ... (climatisation qui ne dessert que le salon et une chambre) ... Pour terminer, les places de parking pour deux voitures ne sont pas de vraies places de parking et il faut manœuvrer beaucoup pour ne pas gêner la sortie des voitures des voisins... A signaler enfin, pas de bruits des enfants tolérés en fin de soirée ... Bien dommage, lorsque l'on est en vacances, d’être obligés de s'enfermer à partir de 22 H 30, avec les enfants, sachant que c'est justement les vacances ... Malgré l’accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette location qui nous a laissés sur une impression mitigée en raison de tous ces aléas ...

We really enjoyed our stay the last two weeks in your pretty house and it nearly felt like home for us. Thanks for your hospitality and kindness at all. We can highly recommend it. The furnishing and equipment leaves no open wishes and the location is also perfect. Roland and Eliane were great hosts with a very nice villa, you can see, that this villa was build and is furnished for living yourself. Everything was clean and neat, the garden was great and we loved to have breakfast outside. It is a very area, a lot of space, everything was there in the house we needed and the bakery and supermarket was close enough for walking distance. We would come again anytime. Great for a family like us!

Très bon accueil d'Eliane et Roland, sympathiques propriétaires. Excellent séjour de 3 semaines dans la villa située dans un quartier très calme de Cagnes sur Mer. La maison, avec son jardin, est très bien entretenue et agréable, avec tout le confort. Parfaitement équipée, rien ne manque pour passer d'agréables vacances. Bonne literie. Les plus : climatisation et wifi. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour de belles vacances sur la Côte d'Azur. Idéalement située pour découvrir toute la côte (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Menton, Eze, Villefranche sur Mer ...) et proche des villages emblématiques de l'arrière pays (St-Paul de Vence, Mougins, Biot, Grasse, Tourette sur Loup, Gourdon, la Grande Corniche …). Heureux d'avoir fait votre connaissance. Un grand merci également d'avoir accepté notre basset artésien Inès. (… Au fait Eliane, nous avons visité Gourdon !! …le même jour que Tourette). This is an ideal location - as it is only a short 15 mins from Nice Airport - if you are considering a cycling holiday on the Cote d'Azur. We were a group of 4 members from Elgin Cycling Club - who found this to be a great place for a cycling week with some impressive hilly routes when you move away from the coast.The house is equipped to a high standard and is located in a quiet residential area of Cagnes-sur-Mer. A supermarket & bakers is only a 10 min walk away and the sea front with a large range of resturants is less than a mile way. The owners Roland & Elaine were extremely welcoming and even had a bottle of Rose chilling in the fridge on our arrival. We would love to come back again.
