The Asian guy with the Tupac. He assigned us to the dirty room, carpet were pretty bad . Then the manager made us leave

Basic, no frills, but very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Parking was a bit tight. The door lock system (dead bolt only) was a bit unsettling.

Did not expect free breakfast, even it is very simple one. Ok . Super convenient locations. Super friendly staffs.

Hotels is a bit outdated. Especially the floor carpets.

Good location right off the 10 Freeway. The room is very large with a refrigerator and TV. Drinks available for sale in the lobby, plus free coffee. Clean with a small sofa and table. Quick and easy check-in and check-out.

Microwave in the lobby instead of the room.

Pretty modest; clean, homey. Value for money.

Appreciate it if there could been hot potable water in the room--airpot or microwave oven maybe. The ventilation in the bathroom is loud.

The staff was very nice, the parking was easy and the room was nicely furnished.

No ice machine on the premises and the breakfast was packaged rolls. Not even lids for the coffee they had available.

Friendly staff ,clean rooms ,fair rates,only thing is very lound guests the night I staying there. May the the first room close to the conference room .

I truly loved it , the misses in the front window was so sweet and kind with me ☺️, I loved the room cause it felt like the 90s style hotels but clean and I love it so much

when I arrive to property they request me for $5 for the key I didn’t have any problem leaving a deposit for the key. when I got up on morning my wife and I,mine 3 year old daughter we went to the lobby to check out, the-lady on the front desk got mad when I return the key and she asked me if I wanna leave the $5 for tip for the housekeeping and I told her I was gonna leave to the room she got mad at me and start fighting with me for $5 dollar on front of my 3 years old daughter and my wife because, she want me to give her the tip. I went back to room I stick $15 tip for housekeeping between the door and door flame, so when they open the door they were gonna found the tip, when I when back to the lobby to get my wife and my daughter,the front desk lady keep fighting with me and front of my daughter and my wife. I asked her for her name she never given me her name and she grand the snake and coffee etc,really mad and drop all the snakes on the floor and took everything away, my wife was making a nuddle soup for daughter on the moment because that’s what they have for breakfast. I went back to room and asked the housekeeping for front desk lady name,she told me about it.I couldn’t remember what is her name. the housekeeping lady she apologize and she told the tip is voluntary she told me she was really sorry and I asked if she found the tip on the door she said yes, thank you so much, she called the owner of the hotel and he said sorry, he went to front desk and he didn’t said not even a word to lady on front desk that got me really upset. the worst experience ever had.

It was clean and cozy.

even though it was a non smoking room it still had some cigarette smell.
