First time here. A good experience

Pros: The hotel staff were extremely polite and professional. Cons: Non smoking room still smelled like an ashtray. No microwave in the room. Shower is a cramped single person stand up. A.C. was not run prior to our arrival, so the room was musky and stuffy upon arrival. T.V. did not offer any type of movie channels. Mainly chinese, spanish, and basic cable channels. Parking is VERY limited. Had to park my vehicle off property 1 block down the road on the street.

Parking was good. It was quiet on my floor for the most part. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Bed was a little hard on my back.

Close to major streets and FWY. Easy access to room. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

This is hotel has high quality service and should be amazing soon when they can upgrade construction or interiors.

Nice lady up front

I’m torn. On one hand the service was really good and the front desk people were very kind. They even gave me some free water bottles and plastic bags when I needed them. Also some nice amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, etc. On the other hand, the room looked like it’d hardly been cleaned and was extremely old. Hairs everywhere that were not mine and just cracks all over the walls and the like. TV was ancient and bed was hard. Okay for a quick solo weekend like mine but not one for a getaway by any means. Area is very old and a little sketch but seems on the safer side overall

We had a very pleasant and positive experience during our stay at this hotel. While the property itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovation, everything was well-maintained and very clean. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom, though somewhat in need of an update, was fully functional and immaculately clean. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, body wash, and fresh towels. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made for a restful stay. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Despite the hotel’s older appearance, the cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly stay here again.

For the money it is a great deal. Big room clean and nice bed But it does show some age

It was a nice place but a little on the small side. There was a bug in the room that I didn’t find and kill until Saturday night, embarrassing when I had a guest over and she saw it fly by. Hair in the bath tub, maid didn’t do her job. Extremely thin walls, you can hear everything on the top floor and the side. As in door creaks and foot steps. Pretty sure the entire hallway can hear if you’re having sex.

A solid little property, good value. No serious complaints, but it’s a little rough-rough but solid! Staff were very helpful.

Many good restaurants within walking distance

The facility is a bit outdated. However it is clean and staff is nice! They did offer simple breakfast, which is nice and thoughtful!

I was immediately greeted by Mary upon entering reception area. She was so kind and incredibly considerate. I traveled alone on this trip and she was mindful to put me on the third floor which was appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided me with the amenities needed for a one night stay. At check out, I was taken care of by William, who was just as friendly. Great location, affordable room, close to the freeway, and amazing staff! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you all for making my stay memorable!!!

Property quaint but some updating needed. Carpets very worn. Could invest in basic cable. Could use updated bedding. Also strange, persistant, bothersome noises at night. However, it was very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating.

The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was adequate for our short stay. The bed mattress was extra firm and very uncomfortable. I didn't get much sleep.

Bath tub needs updated

The check in was easy and the lady at the front desk very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and the white sheets sparkles. Very convenient and close to the freeway.
