This was a nice old Cottage upstairs from the rest of the hotels with AC which was much appreciated kind of enjoy being away from the other hotels there were a couple Cottages upstairs which one of them we stayed in I definitely would stay here again The Price is Right and being away from the rest of the hotel is awesome too the staff was friendly and I love that they had a place to store suitcases even after you checked out why you went shopping and waited for the boat to take you back to Long Beach

We were initially assigned Casita M. The room was extremely hot, and the AC unit was very noisy and produced little to no cool air! The bathroom was extremely narrow, and the shower only had very hot water—the cold water control didn’t work at all, and both knobs were coming loose from their sockets.
We contacted the front desk, but no alternative rooms were available at the time. A maintenance staff member was supposed to address the hot water issue, but it was never resolved.
After about eight hours, we were finally moved to Room #26 in the main building. While the room and bathroom were larger, there were still several issues. There were very few electrical outlets—none near the bed—and no bedside lighting or even a bedside table. The only light source was a ceiling fixture with four bright 120V bulbs, which was uncomfortably harsh. We ended up removing three bulbs just to make the lighting tolerable, which also revealed how dirty the fixtures were. In the shower, the dispensers contained what appeared to be diluted shampoo and conditioner!
There were crumbs on the floor around the fridge and near the chest of drawers. There was no space to hang clothes, and the bathroom lacked any hooks or racks for towels. Additionally, the hallway carpets were heavily stained and appeared very unclean.
This hotel may have been nice decades ago, but it is now clearly run down, despite still charging high nightly rates. Not worth it.
