We went for my wife’s birthday. Jackie was very helpful and nice, she arranged to have roses in the room for my wife. The room was nice and had everything we needed. Avalon is a small town so everything is close and the Snug Harbor Inn is right in the middle of it all. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very kind and attentive, employees, clean and comfortable rooms. Our bed was very good. We loved our welcome snacks and breakfast and the location cannot be beat.

We loved everything about our stay at the Snug Harbor! We got there early and our room was ready, check in was a breeze, and the hotel is spotless and well appointed. Light and airy room, huge mattress, plush towels, and a shower to die for (high water pressure and as hot as we wanted). Continental breakfast was delivered to our room daily, and evening snacks were also delivered daily. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Two things to be aware of, the step into the shower/tub is a big one, but a good grab bar helps a lot. And there is no elevator, so be prepared to go up the stairs with your luggage.
The location couldn't be better with a partial view of the harbor, centrally located in Avalon. Everything is within walking distance, plenty of good restaurants close by.
A pretty boutique hotel. Enjoy!
