Tierra Mia Boutique Hotel

The people of the hotel are charming and the location is great, very close to the beach and the centre. Also, it has a pool where you can relax in the afternoon.

The breakfast is very good, but I think it would be a good idea to extend the schedule a little since if you go on an excursion in the morning (see the sunrise or go to the mangroves) you probably won't be able to have breakfast.

The simple and elegant style, the cleanliness, the helpful and friendly staff, the location!!

If this place had a spot reserved on the beach for its guests the it would be absolute perfection!!

I look forward to coming back to this hotel one day already! We stayed four nights in hotel Tierra Mia and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and light, the bed comfortable and so were the pillows. Good shower too, which is not always a given in México. Then the absolute highlight of the hotel: the beautiful garden with the pool. It was very peaceful, like the rest of the hotel. You are close to the town, yet the hotel is very quiet. You are also only steps away from the stunning beach. So location wise it's also just perfect! Breakfast isn't elaborate, but good. On the last day we had to leave in a hurry for the ferry, and the lady was even kind enough to pack the breakfasts for take-away. All in all very pleased, I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an aesthetically pleasing, well-located yet peaceful hotel on Holbox!

Hard to think if something, but if there's anything to be added it could be a mini fridge in the room and thin curtains for some privacy, that not block the light completely. Because the room have big glass sliding doors and other hotel guests pass by, there's not a lot of privacy.

Good location, clean, close to the beach.

Wifi in the rooms does not work (as reception told us at the arrival. We were in the top floor on top of reception but still no wifi. Breakfast was mediocre/basic: instant coffee and small omelette that on 2 days was very runny/half cooked (raw). One slice of white bread and literally one teaspoon of beans.
