About this apartment rental
Beautiful newly built apartment (June 2014) to Riva del Sole, resort nestled in the pine forest at about one kilometer from Castiglione della Pescaia, in the most beautiful stretch of coast. The room was tastefully decorated by an architect who has optimized the space choosing modern furniture and furnishings. Downstairs living room with movable bed, sliding closet and como 'rustic Tuscan 1800s and a bathroom; upstairs dining kitchen and large terrace with sea view.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Am schönsten sind der Balkon hoch in den Pinienkronen und die tolle Lage am Meer. Alessandro war sehr hilfreich mit Tipps. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort.

Das Appartment verfügt über 2 Stockwerke, im Eingangsbereich Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette, im oberen Stockwerk Aufenthaltsraum mit perfekt eingerichteter Küche, Sofa, Flachbildfernseher mit ital. Sendern, Klimaanlage, Barhocker, Mückennetz und angenehme Terrasse mit großem Sonnenschirm und Wäscheständer, wo wir täglich unser Frühstück unter Pinien genossen haben. In 1 min. ist man am Strand mit sehr sauberem Wasser (blaue Flagge), wo man wählen kann, ob man Liegestühle und Schirm mieten will oder in unmittelbarer Nähe auch freie, wenig besuchte Strandabschnitte finden möchte. In 2 min. Fußmarsch befindet sich bei einem Hotel ein Supermarkt, wo man täglich frisches Brot kaufen kann. Ebenso 2 min.entfernt sind gute Restaurants für Fisch, Pizza... Das Zentrum erreichten wir mit dem Auto in 4 min., mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min., zu Fuß in 20 min.. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschft des Hausbesitzers Alessandro, der uns viele gute Tipps für gute Restaurants... gegeben hat. Wir würden unseren Urlaub jederzeit wieder in diesem Appartment buchen.

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti dell'alloggio per la posizione (zona tranquilla a pochi passi dalla spiaggia), la dotazione dell'alloggio (bene attrezzato) e sulla comodità e funzionalità (pur se di ridotte dimensioni). Ovviamente, essendo su due piani, non è adatto per bambini piccoli. Molto gentile e cordiale il proprietario
