About this house rental
Our beautiful Son Flora country house is located just outside the pretty village of Alaró, in a rural and tranquil setting with a great view of the mountains. Alaró is very centrally located and thus an ideal starting point for discovering the unlimited possibilities on the island.
The house can accommodate 12 people. There is a private swimming pool and a large BBQ area. The authentic village of Alaró is about 8 minutes away with many restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Son Flora is an ideal country house for families / families and friends, cycling and walking groups. Our country house is one of the top villas on Bike Villas Mallorca and has the Cycling Friendly certificate. Additional facilities such as secure bicycle parking, GPS routes, bicycle maintenance, catering, bicycle rental and transfer services are offered.
The country house is very spacious and fully equipped. There are 7 bedrooms with 1 or 2 single beds (can also be made as 1 double bed). There is room for a number of more people. Furthermore, there are 3 bathrooms with bath and shower, 1 outside bathroom, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens (with all amenities). We have air conditioning, fans, smart TV (with all international channels) and WIFI. For the colder periods we have two fireplaces, air conditioners and electric radiators.
The country house is situated on a plot of land of 7000m2 and has several beautiful terraces with beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountains.
The swimming pool, 6x4m, is very private and surrounded by a sun terrace with outdoor shower. There is a large BBQ area, a lovely garden, a laundry room with washing machine and a large driveway with secure parking.
Alaró is very centrally located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. An ideal starting point for discovering the unlimited possibilities on the island. Palma and the airport is about 30 minutes away. Many of the beautiful beaches on the islands are also 30 minutes away by car. The Tramuntana mountain range with beautiful villages and beautiful views is the perfect location for cyclists and hikers. It is strongly recommended to rent a car.
We deliver custom work so you decide which facilities you want to use. Catering, shopping service, car hire, bike rental, hiking, wine tasting, boat trips, cooking workshop, massage or yoga. Or just your stay. The choice is yours!

Nous étions un groupe de 14 motards. Cette maison est idéalement placée pour sillonner l'île. Louisa nous a très bien accueillli et a été à l'écoute tout au long de notre séjour pour des questions diverses et variées. Nous recommandons cette maison en demi saison car elle est très agréable. La vue est magnifique car la terrasse donne sur les montagnes. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Merci Louisa

This is the perfect house if you are looking for a cycling trip in Mallorca. The house is quietly and ideally situated close to everything you want to ride on the island. It has a great set-up with large terraces, big living room (enough room for 14 people to eat inside), 14 separate beds to get you well deserved sleep, a big map with routes and climbs of the island on the wall, and a garage to store and maintain your bikes. Super value for money!
The host finishes it off. The communication was super smooth. Ed took care of our bike rental and he arranged high-end Specialized's for a very affordable price. No hassle and quick to respond to any adjustments. He also suggested routes, can take care of catering and shopping if you like and was just straight out passionate about the island, cycling and his amazing villa.
I dare anyone to find a better place in Mallorca if you are going cycling with a big group!

La casa es grande y espaciosa, ideal para un grupo grande. Esta muy bien equipada en la cocina. Tiene grandes terrazas, con jardín y zona de aparcamiento. En general no está adaptada para el invierno. No tiene calefaccion central, son aparatos eléctricos diferentes o chimeneA. Al enchufar diferentes aparatos podía saltar la electricidad. Las ventanas de dos plantas no tienen climalit. La casa en general es bastante húmeda.
La persona de contacto ha sido muy amable y nos ha atendido muy bien, satisfaciendo nuestras necesidades.

Das Objekt ist ersichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Strom- und Wasserausfall sind an der Tagesordnung. Ausstattung ist dürftig (zB keine Sektgläser) Es war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Grill und Backofen standen vor Dreck. Ed, der Vermieter war aber sehr nett und bemüht. Aber: Bei dem Preis erwartet man anderen Standard
