Liked the house very much. The beach is across the street and there's a parking space just in front of the house. The only inconvenience is the noise from the cars passing in front of the house at night.

Overall we had a excellent stay at this property.
Pros:
Clean house with good amenities
Air conditioning worked - some previous reviewers indicated this was not working - we used it only at night for sleeping and greatly reduced road noise - no issues.
Loads of room in the house for the two of us.
Location is just across from beach and takes <2 minutes to walk there. 15 minute walk to centro Vila Baleira for wide selection of restaurants and supplies
Very responsive owner as our questions were answered within the hour.
Neighbours were friendly
Cons:
While well equipped overall, some things are showing their age and could've had more kitchen essentials such as spices, etc.
Independant check in without an information package to reference - which was fine in our case as we figured things out fairly quickly and the owner was responsive to our questions
So overall we quite enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if ever we go back to Porto Santo.
