Regency Towers 623

We had a blast at the beach and pool! Great amount of space for the 6 of us. It was great to have a kitchen and washer + dryer.

Bottom board under sliding door wasn’t fully attached. No one was hurt, but we did trip a few times because of it.

I liked the view and the space I loved it actually.

I didn’t like the dirty areas, there were animal feces underneath a twin bed. The filter in the dryer was so thick and 1 of the beds had a stain on it as well ass the dishes were not clean.

623 was pleasant. Good TVs. Cost was reasonable compared to other rooms.

623 needs updates. Need to clarify side balcony, not beach front. Chairs on balcony uncomfortable. No table on balcony. Need to say on east side of building, can't see sunset.Carpet in bedroom old needs a new carpet. The dehumidifier in bedroom a red flag?

the rooms were dirty and they stunk, I had to wash the covers prior to us using them. the pictures were not the same. it definitely was not worth the money we spent. the kitchen was falling apart, the doors were falling apart, the hot water wasn’t hot, there was no outdoor table like the picture showed, the beds were hard, the couch didn’t pull out. our overall stay wasn’t as planned.
