KW44 Conch Casa

Property was in a great location close to Duval. Nice 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage. We had 4 adults and it was perfect.

Minor repairs should be made but nothing that affected our stay.

Good location and comfortable cottage.

Air conditioner was loud and the hot tub bleached our swimsuits. We noticed a board was warped in front of the refrigerator, there may be water leaking from the bathroom.

The home is very centrally located, just one block off Duvall. But it feels far away and was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home is exactly as advertised - somewhat small, but perfect for what we wanted. The outdoor space and hot tub were a great bonus. The host company was extremely responsive - I sent a text with a question and got an immediate response. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Parking is an issue in the area, but we got lucky and found a space on the street so we just left the car there our entire stay because everything is in walking distance. You can get to all the Old Town points walking around, which is awesome.

The AC in one of the bedrooms was working, but very noisy. That was the only complaint we had.

The location was fine the ac wall units were so hard to sleep with. Loud and turning off and on all night. Two of the 3 units had to be replaced upon arrival as the house was 90 degrees so we could not stay there at 4 check in time comfortably. Tamara the local Vacasa rep was awesome when the 800# rep was horrible when we called about the broken AC. Booking.com rep also prior to arrival told us we had to pay to store our luggage with an early arrival when Vacasa has an option.

Ac units were so loud above our beds in each of the bedrooms and turned off and on all night so disturbs your sleep. 800# reps were rude when we were concerned about no AC and said if well you signed a contract so no refunds. Verses the local office who said the AC is being replaced shortly. One unit per day replaced two total.
