The Pros - The home was cute, clean, and walkable to all the restaurants and other attractions. The Cons - Not enough common area for my family of 5 to relax together after a busy day. And the parking was tougher than expected until we figured out spots were consistently open near the St Mary’s basilica.

Quiet street, great location. Property office nearby so we had a place to leave bags. I didn’t realize the property was offered through Vacasa when I rented it through VRBO as a result, I feel that I paid too much. I would stay there again if the cost was lower.

House is great location is great, the beds were comfortable and the full-size washer and dryer were great. However the hot tub is not up to working standard and was a differentiating factor between this and another house. The cover leaks badly and is deteriorating. The water seeps through and evaporates off the top. Struggled all week to get it up to temp only one time we were able to get it to 100. I have gone back-and-forth with the management team about this. It was very frustrating. I would give this house a seven out of 10 should be an 9 out of 10 if it wasn’t for my interaction about the hot tub. They sent me a refund for 112 that I never agreed to. I rarely ever leave ratings on the house, but I felt inclined to this time.
