I had nice weekend in Walchsee

Location, whole challets instead of a hotel room, indipendancy

Cheap materials, cheap solutions, needs some renovation. The glasses an the table should be little more cleaned.

Nice long weekend with friends

The chalet was comfortable with a lot of space. There was a nice kitchen corner with a big dining table in the living room. There was an oven in the kitchen. There was no problem with parking close to the chalet. It was possible to bring a dog with us. We enjoyed the stay very much :)

There was no microwave oven. The electric kettle was not working properly (it was running for a long time but the water was not boiling) so we boiled the water on the stove.

Amazing stay!

House was very impressive, much better than the photos. Beautiful modern design, high ceilings, beautiful views from windows. Private garden was lovely as well, but we could not use it due to bad weather. Air conditioning in all rooms is something very hard to find in this area. We came in peace of mind knowing we will enjoy even if a heatwave comes. Location was great. Very close supermarket nearby, as well as short walking distance to the lake. Owners were very responsive over email, and helped us with local services and trip suggestions.

- The mattresses were made of relatively soft foam. I heard that in Europe they prefer it this way? We are used to the US standard of harder spring-based mattresses, (the hotel we had in Munich did have such a good one). - There was no microwave for fast-heating food we cooked the day before (I think it was listed as one of the amenities in our reservation, so better fix this). Nevertheless, we still highly recommend this property.

Perfect accomodation on a perfect place.

The accomodation was much above the expectation. It's on a beautifull place, easy accesible, well equiped. Comfortable beds, beautifull view. The communication was clear, quick, and kind. Thank you for everything. I can just recommend this for everybody.

The good and bad

We loved the space that we had. The apartment was huge and spacious and we never felt like we were crowding eachother. We also really enjoyed the assortment of games we found after we realized we left our games at home. The full kitchen was perfect for us. They had everything we needed (except and car opening). We like to cook big meals so it was very nice to get such a big kitchen. The beds and bedding we so comfortable as well.

I didn't like there it wasn't close to a working ski lift except a small school. There wasn't any snow which I feel is something they should warn you about especially after I asked several times about skiing. Locals should be aware of the weather average this time of year. We had to drive nearly 1-2 hours a day to reach a good ski resort with snow. Also, I was very disappointed to see someone come out of a cabin with two small golden dogs after I was explicitly told that I wasn't allowed to bring two dogs to the chalet. We had to pay a lot of money to leave one dog behind. It was very upsetting to see that they do not enforce the rules or that it is so easy for one to break the rules due to the fact that were is no interaction with the staff. Maybe something to consider when deciding to bring your two dogs.

Cozy appartment in the centre of Walchsee with all the facilities nearby. The apartment is spacy with all the equipment you need for a short- or long-term stay. Despite the "contactless accomodation", in case of any need the operators gave us all the necessarry information on-line.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the modern facilities and the responsiveness of the owner.

I hope the following is seen as constructive criticism... The parking was nearly an issue. During the first night, we were able to squeeze into the last parking spot which was very tight and I wondered what would have happened if another family with a car had stayed with us. While this is also a reflection of how guests were parking their cars, it would have been more convenient to have assigned parking spots.

Everything was above expectations

So much we liked, the host was very helpful. The chalet was perfect for us and our pets. Location was close to the town and lake. It was comfortable and very clean and equiped with every thing you need. Wish we were able to stay longer.

Heerlijk vakantie huis

Het is voorzien van alle gemakken, goede bedden, netjes dat halverwege de handdoeken werden verschoond.

Er werd gezegd dat we tegen korting gebruik konden maken van de sauna van het hotel aan de overkant maar dat was niet waar. Toen we daar naar vroegen werd er geen oplossing geboden, alleen ter kennisgeving aangenomen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Atmosphäre und absolut ruhiger Lager - gerne wieder

Traumhafte Lage, Ruhe und tolle Atmosphäre der Anlage. Gemütliches und schönes Chalet. Einkauf, Restaurant, Sportaktivitäten alles in der Nähe. Wir sind so zufrieden gewesen, dass wir den Ort und das Chalet auch zur wärmeren Jahreszeit besuchen wollen.

Ein Kleiderschrank mehr und mehr Abstellmöglichkeiten für die nassen Schuhe nach der Schneewanderung wären nicht schlecht gewesen. Der Esstisch war knapp, aber ausreichend.

Unnötig und für Tiere nicht geeignet.

Schöne Lage, schöne Ausstattung, sehr hellhörig.

Das Konzept des Betreibens. Sämtliche Abläufe sind digitalisiert und endpersonifiziert. Solange man sich an die Vorgaben des Betreibers hält, ist alles in Ordnung. Wenn man Kritik übt, wird man ignoriert und sofort gesperrt. Absolut unpersönliche und arrogante Betreiber. Grund der Beschwerde war ein Silvesterfeuerwerk des Betreibers 6 Meter neben unserem Schlafzimmer, welches aufgrund einer Verordnung für Tirol und die Gemeinde Walchsee verboten war. Unser Hund hat es zum Glück überlebt. Tierliebe ist faktisch nicht vorhanden. Also aufpassen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub am Walchsee

Die gute Lage zum See, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort. Das super saubere Haus bei der Ankunft 👍 komplett gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts. Restaurants gut erreichbar und ein Grill für einen gemütlichen Abend direkt am Haus. Sogar eine Ladestation für unser E Auto !!

Wir hatten das Mountains Inn Chalet Nr.8.. Etwas gestört hat der große Baum vor der Tür. Er nahm und sehr viel vom schönen Sonnenlicht was etwas schade war 😞

Tolle Lage, kurzer Weg zum See und Supermarkt. Schönes Chalet.

Es ist im Haus sehr hellhörig. Das war ab auch schon alles.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub an einem schönen Ort!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig mit einem sehr großen Balkon, die Ausstattung ist gut und die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen (zentral im Ort und dennoch ruhig). Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

In de informatie stond dat gasten van Mountain Inn een eigen strandje tot hun beschikking zou hebben. Deze hebben wij niet gezien.

Wir haben einen entspannten Urlaub in toller Umgebung verbracht.

Die „neue“ Heckenbepflanzung ist gelungen. W ir waren vor 3 Jahren schon einmal dort. Jetzt sind die Chalets, vor allem Nr. 8, etwas geschützter. Das Häuschen ist einfach optimal und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Einen Korkenzieher haben wir besorgt und in der Schublade gelassen. Ein kleiner Backofen wäre toll.

Absolut TOP!!

Mit absolut ruhigem Gewissen kann ich diese Unterkünfte jedem Gast empfehlen. Das von meiner Familie und mir gebuchte Chalet bestand aus einer großen Wohnküche, 3 SZ, 2 Bäder mit Sanitäranlage und einer kleinen Terrasse. 1 SZ ist im EG, die beiden anderen im 1. OG. Das Bad im 1.OG ist mit Eckbadewanne/Dusche ausgestattet, jenes im EG mit Dusche. In der Wohnküche befindet sich eine komplett eingerichtete Küchenzeile, inklusive Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und ein großer Kühlschrank. Gläser, Tassen, Teller, Schalen und Besteck mehr als ausreichend, ebenfalls genügend Pfannen und Töpfe. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch mit 8 Stühlen. Weiters gibt es eine bequeme Sitzgruppe und einen großen Fachbildfernseher, auch internationale Sender sind voreingestellt. Genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten sind gegeben. Die Schlafzimmer sind einfach ausgestattet aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet, in den oberen 2 SZ ist eine gut und leise arbeitende Klimaanlage vorhanden. Zu erwähnen ist auch, dass alle SZ mit sehr guten Matrazen bestückt wurden. Alle SZ sind mit einem kleineren Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. W-Lan ist in allen Bereichen gut! Sämtliche Bettwäsche, Badetücher, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Seife, Geschirrspülmittel und Tabs für die Spülmaschine werden ebenfalls gestellt. Besonders möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass die oben angeführten Utensilien zur Wochenmitte gewechselt wurden!! Auf der Terrasse steht ein großer Tisch und zwei Bänke zur Verfügung, außerdem findet man noch weitere Stühle, einen Grill, so wie einen Sonnenschirm. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Chalet wirklich ordentlichst gereinigt, diesen Umstand muss man heute leider anführen, denn nicht immer findet man wirklich gut gereinigte Unterkünfte vor!! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der nächste Supermarkt ist binnen 4 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, einen weiteren findet man nach knapp 10 Minuten. Banken, Geldautomaten, Restaurants sind ebenfalls ohne Probleme binnen Minuten erreichbar.

Wo viel Licht gibt es, leider, auch immer etwas Schatten und dem ist auch hier so. Es ist schade dass es keine Rezeption gibt, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter findet mittels Email oder telefonisch statt. Hier wäre ein direkter Ansprechpartner angenehmer, man würde sich den Weg ins Tourismusbüro ersparen. Der vor Ort befindliche Automat, für kleine Einkäufe, ist eher spärlich bestückt. In der Woche unserer Anwesenheit wurde er nie nachbefüllt! Nicht ganz Nachvollziehen kann ich die Entscheidung, warum im EG keine Klimanalage installiert wurde und warum nicht an allen Fenstern Insektenschutzgitter angebracht wurden. Das war es dann aber auch schon mit einer leichten Kritik, denn im gesamten gesehen, kann und muss man dieses Resort einfach nur jedem wärmsten empfehlen!!
