Location was great, rooms very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great for long weekend with family. Plenty of parking. Nice views from rooms, fairy lights lit up the balcony at night.

Perfect accommodation in the mountains valley

The location is easily reachable by car, though still spectacular enough with the great view onto the mountains. Room was clean, tidy and very Tirol-isch authentic.

Not much the accomodation can do about but: - If you sleep at the front/road side of the appartment there is a very busy autoway just in front of the hotel. This creates a lot of noise througout the night and especially during the early morning.

Definitely come back!

Our room was roomy, comfortable, clean and stylish with warm floor!! We had also a small well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. I recommend to take breakfast for 10€/person because it was various and nutritious served with fresh bread. The host was friendly and polite and helped us when it was needed. The hotel is located very close to a small skiing resort (don’t remember the name). We took a bus to get Hoch Kössen and it was convenient because a bus station is 1 min walk from the hotel. If you have a car, you will be able to park it near the hotel. Also it took us around 25 min to get Walchsee on foot.

The host speaks German and limited English that’s why it would be better if you have a little German knowledge. No more issues :)

Never had a good nights sleep in 7 days with the constant traffic noise.

The pool and surrounds. Lots of area to walk the dog.

50 meters from an extremely busy road that links Austria to Germany. Constant traffic noise 24 hrs although on website states double room with balcony QUIET STREET VIEW. Booked in for 7 days was told no bath towels provided only hand towels. Coffee machine in dining room broken...4 days!!!!!eventually after speaking to someone they gave us a coffee machine for the room. Room was not serviced in 7 days, had to clean our own room although it was not self catering and Charged €10 per day for the dog. The pillows were lumpy and duvet covers were not crispy and clean.

Vidunderlig sted med hjertevarme

Dejligt hjemligt sted 1 værelses studio lejlighed i original stil. Nyt køkken og bad. stor lækker balkon. Lækker pool, fantastisk udsigt. Søde hjælpsomme værter. Man kunne spise morgenmad på stedet. vi ville gerne lave vores egen . Værterne tilbød at hente brød hver morgen. Byen Walchsee ca 1 km herfra med Spar købmand , ostemageri, restauranter i nærheden. Vi fik en tur omkring søen i de smukkeste omgivelser- 7 km. Vejret var desværre ikke sommervejr men vi hyggede os med ture til nabobyerne Ebbs. Kufstein mv. Der kan købes drikke varer på stedet. Vi havde ikke børn med men familier med små børn ville elske legepladsen med trampolin, sandkasse, gavemaskine. gyngestativ og doe de større rutchebane i pool, bordtennis. Meget rent. Kan anbefales- dejligt sted.

Vi kunne lide det meste for det er er vidunderligt sted.Men madrassene i sengene var stenhårde.

Wir kommen wieder

Ein überschaubares Hotel, sehr freundlich geführt, phänomenale Aussicht vom Balkon und der Pool hat den Urlaub für die Kinder unvergesslich gemacht. Land und Leute haben uns aufs freundlichste empfangen, wir kommen sicher wieder ❤️

Die Lage mit Bergblick auf der Terasse beim Frühstück war der Hammer.Frühstück auch super gut.Gastgeberin sehr freundlich.

Unserer Meinung nach wurde das Bett länger nicht frisch bezogen und daher sehr staubig.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage war gut zwischen Amberglift und Supermarkt. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles hat funktioniert. In der Küchenzeile war alles Notwendige und Nützliche vorhanden. Das Apartment war wohnlich und sauber, der Ausblick vom Balkon schön. Auch die zusätzlichen Optionen von Brötchenservice und später Frühstück haben wir genutzt.

Der Nachteil der Fußbodenheizung war, dass man die Raumtemperatur nicht selbst regeln konnte sondern nur die Gastgeberin. Diese hat die Temperatur auf Anfrage gesenkt, aber eine Differenzierung von Bad und Wohnraum oder eine Nachtabsenkung war nicht möglich. Wir hatten herrliches Winterwetter. Im Eingangsbereich, auf den Parkplätzen und in der Zufahrt wurde aber nie gestreut.

Bei der Ankunft hätte man erwähnen können, dass sehr auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird. Es wurde nicht geputzt oder die Betten gemacht.
