About this house rental
My home is an establishment authorized by the government of Spain and Catalonia in order to accommodate families during their holidays . The number of authorized housing is HUTB-013539. My home is a Villa with 4 bedrooms and possibility 1 or 2 cots, 2 bathrooms and large living room, 2 terraces, garden furniture. Private pool 8m x 2'5m Sun all day. Close to beaches and wineries. Very quiet residential area. No smoke house. Currently, the tourist tax is €1,75€ per person per day. If the government increases taxes on properties like this one, the tourist will be responsible for this tax, which must be paid at check-in.

We stayed here for three weeks this summer. It's a very nice, large, and well-equipped house with a lovely outdoor area. The owner is very nice and helpful. There are a lot of mosquitoes, which made it difficult to sit or eat outside after late afternoon.It's about a 15-minute drive to Sitges or Vilafranca, where there are many restaurants and shops. You can take a cheap train from Sitges to Barcelona.The wonderful beach of Castelldefels is about a 40-minute drive from the house. We recommend taking the beautiful, free coastal road from Sitges instead of the toll motorway.We highly recommend this house. Enjoy your stay!

We've been two families 2+2 kids each. House is great, has everything you need. Placement is good. Host is super friendly and helpfull. There were a few minor issues during our stay, though they did not affect our stay so still 5 stars especially considering how fast this issues got resolved by host. It is a place i'd love to come back again.
Take repelents with you, you gonna need them!
Note: it is a mountaint so get ready for narrow roads with sudden turns.

We've had a very pleasant stay at the house. It's big and has everything you need. And there's a wonderful pool. The beautiful coast and cities like Barcelona and Tarragona are nearby.
