It was all good

I had pancakes which was good. I was hoping for the breakfast buffet because I had little time to eat.

About breakfast? It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast because of the time I had. My room: They originally had me on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator. Really!? Who has a hotel without an elevator? They did put me on the main floor of the lodge. I also had to ask for an iron. I had to ask where the ice maker was. There was no information in the room nor in the hallways. Other than this, the room was great. Pool: I asked at the front desk how to get to the pool. I went and found that I need a bracelet from the desk. I went and got it, but I never made it back to the pool. I have a bad knee and couldn't keep walking like that. I wasn't swimming, just sitting at the pool.

It was super cozy, very clean, well stocked, and just the right vibe for a comfortable overnight stay!

My ONLY complaint would probably be the lack of toilet paper. But it was such a minor issue, we literally just grabbed some while we were out for dinner and I know if we'd asked the location would have given us some. But truthfully we're toilet paper snobs LOL

Had a nice pool and comfortable beds. The surrounding park was pretty.

The doors to the lodge room did not have a second lock, like a deadbolt or slide lock. The decor and general appearance was outdated. The bathroom door did not shut properly and scraped the floor loudly. The table lamp seemed to have an electrical issue blinking on and off while on.
