My brother and I stayed here for a long weekend while spending time in Louisville and Cincinnati. This is a very nicely built house with comfortable beds, nice furniture and applicances, and a great patio and hot tub. The owner is very accessible and friendly, and there are a couple of nice restaurants in the nearby town of Vevay. I definitely recommend this property!

This place is perfect for a trip to Madison IN. It is half way to Vevay so you could go eihter direction. Hot tub was awesome and the property was clean. They had board games if you are into it, so I wouldnt be afraid to bring the kids along. Overall great experience.

We were extremely disappointed with this property. Upon arrival, we found it to be dirty and far from the description in the listing. The fridge, counters, and bathrooms were filthy, requiring immediate cleaning before we could use them—hardly what you expect when paying a premium price. We were traveling with small children and couldn’t simply leave, especially as we were 4.5 hours from home and attending a wedding. Despite this, the owner only offered a refund if we left within an hour, which was unreasonable. The well water smelled foul and left a slimy residue, likely from over-treatment. This made basic tasks like washing baby bottles, hands or dishes unpleasant. Even after providing photos to VRBO, they did not take action, so I’m leaving this review to warn others. This rental was overpriced, poorly maintained, and not worth the stress. Proceed with caution!

From the moment us girls walked in we felt right at home! The home was super clean and had a very welcoming feel to it! The host was very patient and helpful with all of my questions! This was our first time staying but it definitely won’t be our last! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay!

We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the birds in the morning! Saw wild turkeys too. There was a record player cued up with a Conway Twitty record, which we played when we came in, really fun! Lots of room to stretch out. Didn't use the hot tub but nice option. Had a couple minor glitches with things, which always happens at rentals, but nothing that would reduce our rating! Thansk for a great weekend stay.

This was the perfect spot to stay. It was right between Vevay and Madison both of which provide a little something for everyone. Everything in the house was in working condition and very clean. The hot tub was a wonderful benefit to the home.

Great layout, except master bedroom. Should move the king bed into the master and the queen across the hall. Huge kitchen, fabulous porch/patio to watch the sunset. If it had a bit more water view it wiuld be perfect.... well, that and a hair dryer! Plenty of towels and kitchen tools for eating in.
