Overall very clean and in a great neighborhood. Cons- the beds are hard and very loud any time you move. The bathroom downstairs is super small. The shower was hardly big enough for one person to stand in. Outside of those things, I had a great experience.

Great home located across the river. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a sitting room in the master suite. Linens, utensils, dishes, cookware, and towels provided. Wonderful porch for sitting. The house was not clean. The baseboards and fireplace mantels had not been cleaned in some time and the upstairs bathroom shower floor was black. The shower almost flooded until we unclogged the drain.

Our host was very accommodating on letting us know when we could drop off our luggage and food. The house was beautiful on the inside and the master bathroom went on forever!! My only recommendation is to have more seating in the living area and the dining room. There was 5 of us and we could not all sit at the high top table because there were only 4 chairs. Otherwise, we loved the house!!

We had a nice time, and the place was good for what we needed. It is an old, creaky house and some of the renovations seem to have been done hastily (bedroom doors don't have working door knobs and don't latch shut, for example). The only complaints would be that it wasn't very clean when we arrived, and there's not enough seating given the size of the house. For a house that sleeps 9 with 6 beds, a four chair dining table and seating for four in the living room seemed insufficient. But we had a nice time and enjoyed our Thanksgiving. The location is nice for walking down by the river, to the little downtown of Jeffersonville, and even the pedestrian bridge over the river.

This Victorian home has charm! We were here for a week long show in Louisville, it was just the right drive time from venue. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom downstairs was very small. The upstairs bathroom was an en-suite so the second bedroom would need to use downstairs bathroom. It worked for us but could be a deal breaker for others. The kitchen was very clean and fully functional. We spent an afternoon walking the town, architecture was worth the stroll and the stores quaint. People very friendly!!

Stayed here for the night after a concert at KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, KY. 10 minutes from the venue. Some sidewalk work going on in the neighborhood, but no active construction and the area was safe, quite and parking in the driveway was convenient. Nice, spacious house. Would stay again if needed.

Stayed for 5 nights for Louder Than Life music festival with 3 friends. Had a great time, the house was walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Very cool older historic house to stay at. To no fault of the owner, the county was doing loud road construction at 7am every morning, but that should mean brand new roads for the next people to stay. I hope to stay again in future years.

Overall we really enjoyed this beautiful house for the a weekend girls trip. We had 6 people stay at this house, we all had a place to sleep and seating was a little tight in living room/dining room for being a bigger group. Overall this house is beautiful and close to the fun things in downtown Jerffersonville, IN & Downtown Louisville, KY! Property owner was very quick to respond, helpful, and nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Big enough for everyone to spread out but cozy common areas. A lot of interesting features in this home. Up and coming neighborhood. Easy walk to river. Comfortable beds. Owner very accommodating and responsive. Only problem with check-in was code had been changed and we didn’t get the update.
