The property itself was great. Larkin was a rock star at taking care of things. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and she came over to try to figure out the problem with the dishwasher and ended up washing all the dishes by hand. She also did a temp fix by switching out a nonfunctional lamp.
A few issues with the condition including the malfunctioning dishwasher that was full of dirty dishes & some lack of maintenance.
