The ocean view is beautiful . It is very quiet. It felt like we had private access to the beach. Convenient access to downtown which had surprisingly good restaurants and shopping.
The dimmer light couldn’t be turned off in the master bedroom . We actually had to sleep in second bedroom. Honestly, the interior is a bit dated.

Right on the ocean/beach
Some maintenance issues. Noisy neighbors on lanai and terrible cigar smoke odors from neighbors.
