Location and the roomy set up of bedrooms for multi adults! Beautiful kitchen and balcony / rooftop was great to hang out on and watch sunset. Pool was great bonus
We were there during love bug season so could have used an extra pool cleaning and couldn’t get the outside shower/ faucet to work.

Beautiful view, well stocked and perfect for a group.
Very easy to go into the village on the shuttles.
Management was very responsive to minor issues.
The stairs! But as a senior group we got plenty of exercise and the view was worth it!

Perfect view. Excellent location. Gorgeous house with tons of space! Beautiful kitchen!
4 flights of stairs provide great view but could be struggle for some to reach main floor on 3rd level. Very limited supplies - no extra garbage bags, paper towels or toilet paper.

Good location except can’t access the locked gate for easy beach access. Having to walk to the public beach area is a negative.
Communication of Beachside Management was poor. $1500 credit card hold is excessive. Ants were in rooms and hair left in beds.
