This 3400 sq ft., 5 Bedroom 3.5 Bath, Townhome Offers, Private heated pool- **please keep in mind the pool is refreshing, but has limited space for larger parties. Many balconies overlooking the pool. Beautiful custom kitchen, with Granite and Stainless. It has a patio and 2 car garage. 2nd Floor is Living room w/ balcony patio, kitchen & dining room, 1/2 bath and laundry. 3rd. Floor are 4 Bedrooms and 2 baths ( bed layout 1 full & 1 full Bunk beds in 1 bedroom, 1 queen in each of the 2 bedrooms and Queen & twin bunkbeds in the 4th bedroom) . 4th Floor is Master suite with King Bed and sitting area and balcony & master Bath. Located just 1 Block to the Beautiful white sands of Siesta Beach and just about 2 blocks to Siesta Village for shopping and restaurants. 1 King, 3 Queens, 3 Full & 2 twins. Sleeps 15. ( NO PETS and NO SMOKING ) 1 Week Min..
