The house was perfect for our needs. It was extremely comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the dogs’ gift basket. It was a very nice touch. The house’s location is amazing. We’ve stayed in 5-6 homes in Moab and this one stood out from all the others. With three granddaughters joining us, we spent a lot of time in the indoor pool and facilities. From a MTB perspective the house’s location cannot be beat.
It’s such a small thing but having traveled 13 hours straight from California we got into town an hour early but our request for a 3:00 arrival time was denied. It isn’t a negative though.

Location was excellent. It was very comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen was very well set up with virtually everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. We really appreciated the extra special touches like dog bowls.
Ceiling fans with excessive dust. There were a few bugs that would be expected in this location. Dog waste in the yard when we arrived.

The house was well maintained, well appointed, and very clean.
We arrived on a cold January afternoon. The door code didn't work. We called. The next door code didn't work. The first lock box code didn't work. The second one did. Hours later we got the correct door code.
Also, the final bill, including all the fees, was over twice the list price. But, many listings are playing this game.
So, 1 star for access, 3 stars for price, 5 stars for the house. 1+3+5=9 9/3= 3 stars overall.
