Overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Salò, the house is in a dominant position, offering a fantastic view of Salò and stretching all the way to the eastern shore of the lake, with Monte Baldo rising majestically in the background.

The independent house is surrounded by a garden where oleanders, jasmines, ancient ivies, perennial flowerbeds, and aromatic herbs encircle a lush green lawn.

The house is set on two levels. The raised ground floor includes a dining room with an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a handcrafted Bisazza mosaic shower. The lower floor consists of a living room with a corner sofa, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a magnificent two-person wooden bathtub with a shower, a laundry room, and a double garage.

One of the highlights of the house is the white reinforced concrete swimming pool. One side of the pool is made of glass, creating a waterfall when the pool is in operation and allowing you to see inside. The pool is surrounded by a wooden deck, white sunbeds, and deck chairs where you can sunbathe and admire the wonderful natural panorama while listening to music through the outdoor Bose sound system.

A custom-designed barbecue area and a large terrace with a big table and umbrella complete the outdoor space.
