Overall the property is in great condition, it is extremely clean and the views from the garden onto the lake are very nice.

Food We booked halfboard, which was a big mistake. The breakfast is good and has everything you need - at this price point however I would expect also an a la carte brakfast choice, which is not the case. The dinner was extremely disappointing - you can choose from one starter, 1 pasta and and 1 main course but none of them meet the 5 stars it should have. Meat was dry, staff was stressed and running around and worst of all: you feel like you really sit in an all-inclusive cruise ship. I expect more from a hotel that costs between 400-600 a night. Also the prices for drinks are crazy - 1 water and 2 beers came up to 22€. We only ate one night here and decided to go into the city for the other nights, even though we had halfboard booked. Staff Not 5 star either - checkin was okay with communicational issues in English. They follow predefined questions but couldnt answer any question that was outside what was studied in. Service staff was stressed, not proactively helping or asking for wishes and overall just not what you would expect. Atmosphere Overall just expect the atmosphere of a cruise ship and you wont be disappointed: it is either kids everywhere, dogs or seniors but not that much in the middle. You dont get into a relaxation or SPA mood as the property is very big with long walks to reach anywhere. Location You need a car to go anywhere! There is no pedestrian walk outside, just a very busy main road. So if you think you can go into the city for some aperos - absolutely not, the place is designed for you to stay there and go nowhere else.

Facilities were very good but some don't open till 11am which is a little late if you want to leave and enjoy the day. the swimming pool and privacy were great.

very limited food menu, I was also told no food by the pool and the pool bar was closed which wasn't advised before the stay. It doesn't really meet upto the standards of other 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The place is apparently new and it shows.

I had a great stay! Beautiful hotel, very clean, everything is new and high quality, staff were friendly and helpful, very cozy outdoors, spacious, honestly all was just perfect. Looks even better than the pictures.

The location was excellent, amenities and esthetic of the hotel were also great. Highlights included the breakfast & spa (service & team specifically at these branches - they were in touch with how hospitality should be) - Massive credits to the breakfast and spa team - our masseuse, Dina, was the highlight of our stay there as she was excellent throughout all our treatments. Taina & David were the only ones who I would positively highlight from front desk/reception, as they made efforts to make our stay positive in regards to how it started.

Where do I begin? Staying a total of 5 nights, hospitality was lacking throughout. Very poor check in experience by an Alessandro - rushed & lazy, not a warm welcome was given (robotic) and we felt that we had to figure things out ourselves as NO explanation about the hotel - from services to amenities (parking, breakfast, gym, spa, pool areas, etc.) was given at check in - strange. On our first day, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning - we placed a call to the front desk to raise the matter, no action was made therefore a second call was made, still no action. My girlfriend and I had dinner plans out and decided to kindly address the matter at the front desk and a gentleman named Dennis (who was the same person on both calls), had not even taken down the room number when I had called initially (the excuse was, "we got really busy"). Really poor and careless from him. Regardless, I continued to kindly ask if we could reach a solution by the time we get back from dinner and he promised (gauranteed) that the air conditioning would be fixed by the time we got back. We got back and unfortunately it still was not resolved. First day and first impression was not good at all - however, it was fixed the next day thanks to a David & Taina who followed up with maintenance by opening a service ticket (something the other gentleman should have done from the get go after confidently promising it would already be fixed that same night). My girlfriend also found several strands of hair in the bathroom upon our arrival so the room was not cleaned thoroughly - spider webs, insects on the ceiling too. Housekeeping also left a wet cloth on our bathroom handle on the 5th day after cleaning our room. Food in the main restaurant for dinner was average at best. Overall, it was extremely dissapointing considering how much we paid. Coming from Switzerland, it's very safe to say that this hotel resort is a far cry from being run like a 5 Star Resort.

Exceptional from start to finish! Top Notch! Everything! Amazing resort, friendly staff, amazing SPA and beautiful rooms with lake view. No complaints what’s so ever!

Rundum gelungen.

Wir waren zwischen weihnachten und Silvester da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Im Wellnessbereich gibt’s nicht genug liegen für alle Gäste.

Ich habe nicht das gebuchte und im Vorfeld extra annonciert Zimmer bekommen. Sehr schlechter Service am Empfang.

Struttura moderna e in posizione magnifica con vista lago. Personale fantastico di una cordialità unica! SPA e piscine di ottimo livello. Cena e colazione super! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Orario Spa avrei preferito si potesse utilizzare anche la sera dopo le 20 e la mattina presto, dalle 8.

Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das gesamte Hotel machte einen äußerst sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, das sowohl geschmacklich als auch von der Auswahl her sehr gut war.

Beim Abendessen wurde leider nicht auf individuelle Bedürfnisse oder Wünsche eingegangen, was den Aufenthalt in diesem Bereich etwas getrübt hat.

La cortesia e gentilezza del personale degna di un 5 stelle, la pulizia delle stanze, bagno e della Spa. Bistrot per la cena davvero con ampia scelta e tutto molto buono, sono attenti anche alle allergie e intolleranze.

Ambiente curato e ricercato, personale disponibile, camere e zona spa pulite. Cibo buono, per la cena porzioni non abbondanti ma c’è il buffet di antipasti, colazione super. La jacuzi fuori dalla stanza era pulita e con temperatura regolabile.

Per il livello della struttura e la cura dei dettagli, la mancanza del bidet a mio parere risulta essere una carenza importante. Allo stesso modo il costo del check-in anticipato in proporzione al costo della camera risulta essere eccessivo.

Lo staff molto gentile , la location con panoramica sul golfo di salò, il design moderno ma molto accogliente,la pulizia di ogni zona del hotel dal garage alla camera . La colazione buona abbondante . Il menù per la cena selezionato .poche portare ma di discreto gusto.

La spa grande ,ma gli spazi sfruttati non perfettamente . Solo saune . Ci vorrebbe dati gli spazi un idromassaggio una stanza emozionale o skin care o altro .

Zelfs met slecht weer een uitstekende plek om je te vermaken. Overweeg zeker halfpension want het eten is goed. De wellness is formidabel.

Abbiamo passato un weekend meraviglioso in questa struttura e torneremo sicuramente il prima possibile! Se si cerca privacy natura relax e buon cibo, questa è la struttura perfetta! Ho scelto questo posto per l’attenzione alla natura ❤️ Siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo in reception davvero gentile e molto disponibile che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni riguardanti la struttura e ci ha aiutato per altre richieste. La Spa pulitissima e davvero completa, ho adorato la sauna esfoliante e le piscine esterne riscaldate davvero una coccola stando in mezzo al verde. Colazione completa e staff molto gentile ed efficiente. La sera abbiamo cenato in Trattoria e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti dalla grande attenzione dello staff. Tagliata di manzo fantastica verdure grigliate davvero ottime e un grande grazie va al caposala che ci ha davvero fatti innamorare della loro cucina. Ci ha davvero coccolati. Non vedo già l’ora di tornare

Uniche due pecche, i cuscini di piuma dove sprofondi anche se ne utilizzi due e il termostato che nonostante si possa regolare in camera, la temperatura non scende e abbiamo fatto la sauna anche di notte 🤣

wunderschöner, grosszügiger und perfekt sauberer Wellnessbereich, super ausgestattete Zimmer, alles sehr modern und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, freundliches Personal, Gratisparkplätze, sehr leckeres Abendessen und Frühstück

das Zimmer wurde in reglmässigen Abständen (wahrscheinlich durch die Lüftung) parfümiert, darauf hätten wir lieber verzichtet

Wir hatten ein Spa Zimmer, es war wunderschön. Der kleine Garten zu jedem Zimmer war eine absolute Quelle der Erholung.

Haben Halbpension gebucht. Beim Abendessen haben wir uns leider sehr fehl am Platz gefühlt, da wir unterschätzt haben wie gehoben das Hotel ist. Das Personal hat uns sehr herzlich umsorgt und war wirklich extrem zuvorkommend, die anderen Gäste waren da eher das Problem, da fielen schon einige wertende Blicke.

スタッフがとても気が利いていた。街までの車送迎で、当日の朝予約をしようとしたらすでにフルで乗車できないと言われていた会話をドライバーが聞いていて、急遽ドタキャンした２名の席を私達のために提供する申し出をしてくれた。朝食時には、初日にリクエストしたデカフェを覚えていてくれて残り３日間は、言わなくても同じのでよろしいですか？と確認するだけで確実に好みのコーヒーが提供された。日本人は私達以外いなかったけど、欧米人と区別なくかつ特別に気を使ってくれた。例えば私は蜂が苦手ですが、蜂が苦手なのを理解して翌日には蜂のいない席を用意しました、と言って快適な席を用意してくれたりと、本当に一人一人に寄り添って最高の時間を過ごせるようなサービスをさらりとこなしているのが見事であった。

蜂が多く、何度か席を移る必要があった。しかし、自然な環境下にあるホテルなので、仕方ないことではあります。
