The location is unbeatable
The bed was broken for both of our nights. I’m pregnant and already have difficulties sleeping but that made it even worst.
Also I wish there was a shower soap available. My bad for not packing one but I kinda expect nowadays for it to be provided, not a big deal since it was an easy fix with a Whole Foods just 10 min away.

Location, options for windows or AC, wonderful porch, comfy bed. Provides beach towels, coolers and everything we needed.
Just the decorations were quite cheesy and could use an update. For that price we expected better design.

*Host was kind and responsive to calls/texts!
*Clean unit with appropriate amenities-beach chairs, umbrella, W/D, kitchen supplies
*free parking on street
*because unit is part of a house noise could be heard through the walls, rather pronounced (normal family activity); plus road noise
*soiled hallway rug
*would be improved with privacy blinds on doors and on windows above bed
*noisy ceiling fan with only one speed
*soft mattress with hard wooden sides/frame
