Hot Spy pool, the meditation and yoga space.
If there is more restaurants for options would be great.

Great hotel. Definitely be staying here moving forward when visiting chicago. If you want to avoid downtown and have access to the north side this is a great spot.
Parking is a little annoying but it is everywhere in chicago.

The customer service was outstanding. Personnel were genuinely respectful and courteous and kind. I liked how modern and clean the room was and enjoyed the comfort of the pillows and sheets and bed. Room temp control was a little difficult. But that was the only thing to note.
The ability to control the room temp was difficult.

The staff was incredible. Very friendly, accommodating. Clean rooms, an amazing workout center open to hotel guests. The spa staff was also amazing. Although it was a very busy hub as athletic club members are utilizing the hotel check-in space, I never felt like it was too crowded or noisy....the acoustics were dialed in just right.
As this was a last-minute booking, wish I had read the fine print about the additional work out options available through the athletic club. I didn't have a bathing suit or work out clothes. NEXT TIME!
~ here's a tip. The day you have to check out, book spa services and you can have access to the whole facility all day while your bag is checked at the front desk. You can work out, have lunch, sit by the pool, chill on their rooftop deck, take classes, have your spa services and it feels like you really get your money's worth!
Food in the restaurant was ok, the staff was very friendly...but sitting at the bar was annoying as athletic members were coming up to the bar for their take out drink orders which made it somewhat uncomfortable.
The entrance is not clearly marked and made it difficult for UBER to find me and drop me off.

Fantastic fitness facilities — great equipment and very good classes. A good restaurant/cafe on site. Indoor and outdoor pools during the summer —- thought the outdoor pool gets crowded in the summer .
Comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Parking included. Not central in Chicago but it’s only a 10-15 minute drive or taxi ride to downtown, or the Lake front . Perfect for us as it’s 10 mins drive from my local family’s house.

- Gym
- Pool
- Nice Room
- No breakfast for the price
- Freeweights are on 3rd floor and the rooms are on the 4th floor. You can hear the weights getting dropped pretty late and starting again pretty early in the morning.

It was a clean, comfortable room, and the staff was very helpful and nice.
I have stayed in Holiday Inns that are so much nicer. The room was far too pricey for the poor accommodations, which were directly under a noisy weight room. The TV worked sporadically as it struggled to find a signal. It's not in a neighborhood that is good for walking around. I liked the fact that it had two pools when I booked because I like to swim laps, but the indoor pool temp was too warm for lap swimming. I didn't bother to go in the outdoor pool, as it was overcrowded with small children, because of the ratio of urine to chlorine.
This is billed as a boutique hotel with spa-like amenities when in reality it's just a busy health club with a hotel. The only thing boutique about this hotel is the fact that they call it boutique so they can charge a ridiculous amount of money. I was in town for a wedding and just needed a place to stay that was near the wedding venue, and that is the purpose this hotel served. It just wasn't a unique or fun experience.

Incredible facilities and food!!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and used the gym, pool, tennis courts and did multiple classes. We have 4 teenage daughters and it was all of our favourite places we have stayed in our lives.

Clean and a lot to offer.
No free breakfast or a microwave in the room.

It was a bit warm in my room and they had to manually adjust the room temp. When I came back to the hotel it went was still a bit humid. However they called me the following morning to check on the temp. I also appreciated their quick responses to questions prior to the check in.
Parking is included which is unheard of in Chicago
The toilet kept running water and needed to be shaken to stop and the water in sink did not go down. Other than that it was an amazing facility

Very nice rooms and firm mattress. They supply earplugs...see below why
I would recommend asking for 5th Floor Rooms...4th floor is just above all the weights and aerobics. the Music and noise start early in the morning and the music turns off automatically at 11pm. I called the front desk to complain. Since no one was using the facility why do they need the thumping disco music playing. They turned it off. They were willing to comp us a free breakfast the next day which we declined so they deducted that from our invoice. That was very nice of them.

Spacious room, good shower.
Wifi was decent.
Noise from the workout-classes that were happening in the early morning above us.

All the amenities, restaurant and grab counter were great. Classes were fun and gym was clean. Loved being able to have in and out privileges for our car.
Needing to drive everywhere instead of places being within walking distance. But I am thankful the hotel had in and out privileges so we did not need to worry about extra parking charges. You just bring your parking ticket to the front desk and they validate your exit which was really nice.

Everyone and the all the staff I ran into were great.
It's a strange hotel/gym
My only complaint was it was so LOUD I was on the fourth floor.
It sounded like some one was continuously bowling or dropping dumb bells right above me all night.
That or people slamming the sliding bathroom doors.
Then the construction that started right next to me early was so loud with drills and saws, I couldn't talk on my cell phone with out people hearing it.
It was super comfortable and clean. JUST DIDNT Sleep due to noise.
They give you earplugs, and i downloaded a sound app just to drown it out.
However, the booms throughout the night just kept startling you up.
Im not sure why I had an extra resort fee added.
It did the trick.
If I wanted to work out etc it would be a great hotel.
However, I was recommend this place by the Sarabande for an expo.
I was a very unrestful night for having to go to an all day expo.
Staff was supberb.
The noise.

It smelled clean, the beds were cozy, the staff was soooo friendly and the amenities were great
The times the amenities were open. We wish the sauna was open later. Also, opening at 7 for coffee felt late for us early birds!

The breakfast was horrible. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I asked for scrambled eggs and got over easy eggs, It was very messy. The sausage was thick, the eggs runny and I couldn't even eat it. Threw it away. I was there for work so it was very convenient to where I was working
I didn't like the entrance. You barely know it is there because it is tucked in a corner. Even when I called an Uber they had trouble finding it. It is not a typical hotel entrance. I didn't like that the doors were not automatic. It wasn't easy to get through with my luggage. I didn't like that nothing was open when I checked in on Sunday evening. I specifically asked if there was a bar because I needed a drink, and they said yes. What they didn't tell me what that it was closed. I didn't like the shower. There was nowhere to put my toiletries, so I had to put them on the floor. It is very loud. You can hear the weights banging on the floor, especially at 5 am in the morning. I did go to the bar one night to order a glass of wine. I wanted to bring it to my room. They don't allow you to take the glass to the room. I can't drink wine out of a plastic cup.

The lady at the Boutique was amazing, the outdoor pool was amazing, the fitness area was amazing.
I loved everything except for the fact I couldn’t pay with cash and the time to took to get our food at the restaurant hampered our day.

Facility was great and clean, it was so nice to be able to access the gym/pool/class areas as a hotel guest. Also great that parking is free for hotel guests. Spa front desk attendant was super nice and aestheticians were amazing and knowledgeable.
Upon check-in front desk staff wasn't that knowledgeable and I asked for early check in if possible and I was told I would be contacted if it was and when I went later to the front desk again to check again, the room was ready but no one contacted me. Also feel like front desk should explain where everything is located for first time guests. The poolside snack bar was out of a lot of food by 1pm.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff didn’t just surface clean, they are fantastic. The gym is three stories of equipment, specialized rooms for yoga, boxing, Pilates, just to name a few. The staff was very gracious and treated you as if you were in their home. Very lovely.

It felt safe, clean, and close to many amenities. The staff seemed super nice.
The piece of paper about the hotel, which is given to you when you check in, was difficult to read.

STOP advertising “Free Parking” or “Parking Included”, even the staff verbally kept telling us at check-in “Parking is free for hotel guests.”
Parking is NOT free; the itemized receipts clearly state the $45/night Resort Fee is for parking, among other amenities.
Sheets were dirty. Took picture of yellow stains on sheets and coffee maker had mold in the water reservoir. Also took photograph of it.

it was clean and bed comfy in the room.
I couldn’t EVER contact anyone at front desk. I needed assistance with booking and no one EVER answered the phone. not once. I also called front desk during my stay and ended up going downstairs to ask them to turn up heat in the room. No one, not one person was at front desk for over 15 minutes. Finally someone walked by and I asked if he could help. Luckily he was the exact person I needed to adjust temps. But the building is huge and it was quite eerie to not see anyone around. I felt very unsafe.
In the morning the usual sounds of a gym erupted. Weights hitting the floor and the loud but cheery greeting of an aerobic instructor with a microphone. In that moment I realized why there were 2 sets of earplugs supplied by the bed.

The location was great although if you don't have a car it would be a little more difficult to access the trains from here directly without having to take a bus first. The breakfast was great at the hotel. I wish the spa was open a little earlier and later in the day as I really wanted to take advantage of the spa services but they were only open during times when I was occupied with work.

Be careful, people fly through the parking garage and it's easy to get hit while parking or walking. I would like them to maybe install speed bumps or something to help with this.

Very nice sized room, very helpful staff and great amenities at the hotel.
There was quite a bit of doors slamming in the evening but it wasn't too bad but noticable.
