Nice home, bad customer service.

All instructions were sent before hand. The house has all the facilities we needed, even washing machine.

The service was awful. On arrival we noticed that the electricity in the bedroom was off, contacted the service over messages and were told that the local support would contact us to fix the issue. IT NEVER HAPPENED. Stayed in the dark.

Clean but dated inside and kitchen was not well supplied.

The beds were comfort and the house was clean

No way to easily get down to beach within walking distance except extremely steep trails. There were not enough forks and spoons for whole family. Very sparse kitchen tools. While it was clean the whole house and belongings in it seemed very dated. Nothing really modern in the whole house. The baseboard heaters were rusty and looked like they should be replaced or at least painted. Seemed like a lot of money for what was being offered, nothing special here to make me want to return.

Very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Very roomy and comfortable - had everything we needed.

There some items around the apartment that need attention. The glass front door is hard to close and needs to be slammed to get it to close. The walkway needs some lights along the sides for safety purposes and definitely you need to put a deadbolt on the door for guests safety. There are a lot of people walking up and down the area. Directions on where to find laundry room and the key for it would be helpful as well as more info on places to eat and maybe some menus.

A disappointment for the price paid

Location was good... close to beach and walkable to shops/restaurants

The property was incredibly dated - it looks like it was built in the 1960s and never updated, plus mostly furnished from the 1980s. It was somewhat dirty/dusty (found a pill and candy on the floor in the living room), the dishwasher didn't work - a glass I pulled from the cabinet was dirty and I could not start it, and the blinds were very dusty. Thermostat in the living room didn't seem to work.

Newport fishing trip

Very nice location. An ok view of the ocean. The place was well stocked with everything that you would need.

The network was not what was posted on their information that was sent to us. I had to call Vacasa to get the correct information. It was a minor inconvenience.

Spacious, light and complete 2 bedroom apartment near Nye beach and downtown

Spacious, clean and light apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, livingroom and kitchen. Sufficient towels, toiletpaper, kitchen equipment, dishwasher etc. (limited) View of the ocean (could see sunset) from the livingroom. Little grass field in front of the apartment Nearby (600ft) beach. downtown etc. Quiet location. And finally a great price (in April)

We booked last minute and did not get the door code in time... Had to contact Vacaza and next bookings.com in order to get the address and code of the front door to get in..... This took about 2 hours...... of our vacation.... very annoying and did not expect this if I book a hotel/ appt via booking.com. Mattress contained a big hole

It was such a disappointing experience when we were trying to have a nice anniversaryyime together.

The location without a sea view, run down condition, low lighting - couldn’t even read by the low lighting. Dirty glasses in kitchen. No information provided for TV, local restaurants/services, no coffee available for the coffeemaker. The toilet is so small it is smaller than even our RV toilets and my husband is a big man and he could hardly use it properly. One of the biggest complaints was the code for the door did not work and I had to call Vacasa every day to get a new code!! My largest complaint is I selected the pet friendly option during booking. However, when I got the confirmation it didn’t show a pet, so I called Vacasa and they said it would be an extra $150 for our dog! I couldn’t believe that high cost and we couldn’t afford that so I said I wanted to cancel the booking and was then told they had a no cancellation policy and I would be charged $267! We are on a fixed income and could not afford that and still not have a place to stay so I just told them we would keep the booking. My husband and I were planning this for our anniversary which makes all of this experience even more hurtful. After looking up Vacasa online I found that they have a 24- hour cancellation policy so why wasn’t I told that? Especially since I called the same day of the booking!

Grear location, clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets, good wifi, tv and other entertainment options, DVDs, games.

We could have used a box of facial tissue and a set of kitchen tongs.

Close access and walking distance to the beach. Quiet and private location.

Not much time for a warm shower, only a few minutes of warm water. Kitchen faucet needs adjustment to turn water off.

I enjoyed the place it was cozy.

I didn’t like the fact Nye Haven was not a short walk to the beach. It was like drive some where closer so you can walk right down to the beach.

Nye Haven is a quiet, comfortable place to stay near the beach and playground. Great family getaway!

The space was nice and good for conversation. The neighborhood was so quiet and close to the beach. We could hear the waves! The TV was easy to operate. The wood floors were beautiful and the shower and hot water were great! Off-street parking was ample and it was nice to load and unload on one level!

The mattresses were not just firm they were hard. We were concerned about the electric base board heater in the living room as the couch was pushed up against it. The heater in the bathroom could be a fire hazard with the toilet paper and towels hanging just above it. The top tray in the dishwasher was missing parts and it didn't drain, so we washed all our dishes by hand.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at this place!

I loved the location. The bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to have a fully equipped kitchen.

The drain in the shower had to be unplugged. The toilet also plugged while we were there and needed to be plunged. We would have benefitted from instructions for the remote.

Clean for the age of the property. Could use deep cleaning and touch ups. Bathroom lock didn’t work well and one of the bedroom doors was not closing and needed repair.

Very, very, disappointed! I think I should post pictures on FB to show everyone how horrible it was!

The place was dirty and smelled terrible. The plumbing was backed up into our bathroom/bathtub so we were not able to take a bath or shower and it smelled bad. The beds were uncomfortable 🥵 I would like a refund!! I took pictures of the situation.
