Exceptional and unique villa, very close to the beach, with a large private pool and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the sun and the sea, with the great intimacy that this villa provides, which facilitates the possibility of relaxing with the murmur of the waves, and / or delight the view with the nearby Playa de La Concha and the impressive cruises that pass in front of the Ville.
It has 4 bedrooms -all exterior and with sea views-, 4 bathrooms (2 en suite), fully equipped kitchen and a living room with flat-screen TV next to the pool with which it is possible to receive-via satellites- the signal of numerous TV stations. The Wifi signal covers the two floors of the house. It has air conditioning in the living room and in three rooms on the top floor.
It has two terraces and barbecue on the ground floor and one more terrace on the top floor.
You also have easy access to the endless promenade that runs along the coast from Arrecife to Puerto del Carmen, crossing many coves and beaches, with numerous bars, restaurants and entertainment places for children and adults.
Check in normally after 3:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am. Ask before arrival and departure for possible exceptions.
Up to 9 people can stay, but no more guests are allowed than those originally indicated in the reservation (Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, on the Protection of Citizen Security).
If traveling with children, check with the host. There are security doors available for them, as well as a high chair and a fence for the bed. As there is a swimming pool, being on the terraces children must be supervised at all times by a nearby adult. We decline all responsibility for breach of that rule.
The pool is cleaned weekly with natural products. It is mandatory to shower before using it in order to preserve the high quality of the water. Avoid running and jumping. No food or drinks are allowed inside it. Especially avoid entering with bottles or glasses. From November to April the pool can be heated on demand and for an extra charge. Please consult the owner at least one week before your arrival.
Patio chairs and lounge cushions should be stored inside the villa in the afternoon, to preserve their quality and to prevent animals (such as cats) from sleeping in them.
Remember that you are on an island, which means that almost everything has to be brought or produced in difficult conditions. Please make rational use of water and electricity.
Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor terraces.
Animals are not allowed.
Events are not allowed.
The garage is not available, but there is usually enough free street parking.
Keep in mind that you are in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests commit to respectful behavior with neighbors and avoid doing anything that might bother them, such as screaming, listening to loud music, etc., especially after 10 pm.

We have just spent a wonderful, relaxing week in this beautiful villa. A lot of love and attention has gone into the decor. Antonio was so helpful and accommodating in the lead up to the holiday and was waiting for us with a chilled bottle of cava on ice by the pool when we arrived. He had also left lots of groceries so that we were well supplied until we made it to the supermarket. The location is ideal for a relaxing stay. The supermarket is very well stocked in a fairly large shopping centre only a few minutes walk away, up to the top of the street then turn left. Down at the beach there were some nice bars and restaurants, although we were happy to relax in the villa most nights and barbecue. My daughter loved to lie in the hammock with her book and catch the breeze. The internal garden by the barbecue area is really lovely and there were even some grape vines in the sunny seated area leading from the barbecue. We were able to log into our Netflix and Amazon accounts on the smart tv and there are also a variety of other English speaking channels. Antonio and his daughter Sandra were in touch during the week to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. We really did, thank you both! Hope to see you again.

The villa is lovely. There is lots of room inside and out and the pool is a good size. The owners have been fantastic, very accommodating and very friendly, it means a lot to them that you enjoy your time in the villa.

What an amazing time we had here!
Antonio and Sandra ensure that every member of your family/group is catered for and make sure you have everything you need during the stay as well with some nice messages to see if there is anything they can do
It was a family trip for us with our 2 young children as well as relatives and the place is so well setup. Everyone felt as though they had their own place for some quiet time (some of the reading areas are great) but then eating breakfast on the veranda with a stunning view or lunch on the table by the pool or the partaking in the BBQ area were all great spaces!
Given that we had 2 young children (1.5 and 3.5) it was so well setup even where I think Antonio and Sandra may have bought a cot especially for our youngest! – (THANK YOU!). There are rail guards, bed guards if required (for those with small children) and lots of books, games and even the PIANO!
The pool is lovely, about 1.6m but the water is so clean and we chose to have it heated which again was great for the kids! So many loungers and we had a few fine days poolside in the sun
Practically, just the little things which were there are a bonus such as washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi (I sadly had to do a bit of work and the w-fi was great throughout), smart tv with apps (Amazon Prime came in handy for the kids when we had a cloudy day!), as well as “English” channels, ironing board. Etc. Everything you need in the kitchen and it was a lovely welcome we received from Antonio and Sandra
The bedrooms are all very spacious and a couple with en-suite! The house is in EXCELLENT condition and you can see great care has been taken of it which is testament to them
The area is quiet and very relaxing, but you only have to walk 2 minutes to the beach and restaurants, shops etc
Probably about 5-10 mins taxi away from airport which is nice!
We also visited Playa Honda (which is busier and I’d say more akin to your typical “British person going to Spain”) but we certainly preferred the area we were in and to travel as and when we fancied it
