The house is located outside of the city, on the heights above Puerto el Carmen. Easy to get from the airport and the city. It is 7 min drive to the "Playa de los Pocillos" if you want to visit the beach nearby. House is big, has nice, spacious bedrooms, great pool and jacuzi. It is equipped with everything you will need if you want to prepare/eat a meal or do anything in the house. Just think about, look for it and you will find it. It is well equipped and comfortable. You have resting areas, you have pool, you have sun beds... everything you need for a rest, plus ocean view over the city. Host was helpful, greeted us at the house, despite our late arrival (1AM). Showed around and handed over the keys. It is good spot to travel across the island. We took daily trips and the house has easy access to the roads (some roads leading to the house can be gravel, but don't worry, you will see plenty of it on Lanzarote). All in all, it exceeded expectations, kids were having fun with a pool day and night (it has lights). All the questions and troubles were sorted out quickly. One day trip wire breaker broke electricity on the patio, it was fixed in the morning by the crew after just single WhatsApp message. Important for some people: WiFi works all across the house and despite being over the air line, it has decent quality. Overall... if you look for a space to have good time on Lanzarote and you don' want to live in the crowded, summer city, this is your spot. Believe me

Air conditioning is available only in main room/living area. For the bedrooms there are fans. Will work out for you 99% of a time, but we were hit with wind/dust from Africa and experienced few very hot days. Still we managed, but AC would be nice during those days. Mentioning it only for ppl who definitelly needs AC - probably you won't need it during the stay in normal temps for a place, but we got close to 40C).
