The staff that were there upon check in and check out were so pleasant! They were professional and courteous. The room was so clean and so was the entire facility. The pool was super cool! It was the primary reason for choosing the hotel. Who doesn’t want to swim in a guitar shaped pool? The breakfast was also really good and provided lots of options.
Having enough towels for all parties, although it was not difficult at all to obtain additional towels.
Could use a hot tub outside- definitely enough room to place one.

Good location, breakfast, beds were comfy!
Elevators kept going out. The staff did Dennis text to keep us informed when it was down or being fixed which was helpful.

Staff friendly and helpful
Shower curtain torn in multiple spots. Shower is slippery. Most lamps heavily scratched which takes detracts from the experience that One hopes for in a Holiday inn. Those things take away from awesome service and the bed was great. Loved the floors but the great things are over showered by the shower etc. Write off the lamps and get a tax deduction fix broken things and get great lamps to match the rest. I wasn’t going to write a survey but you asked me too
