Beautiful 3BR 3BA Duplex parking Best Location Boston

Great Location and very uncomplicated. Nice to have 3 bathrooms.

Only thing missing was a little dining area but hard to do in this place. Oh! And it would be nice if the tv/cable/wifi wiring was done a bit more professionally. Looked a bit haphazard.

This rental was perfect for our needs, a great home base in an excellent neighborhood in Boston. The location was perfect, it was easily walkable to wherever we needed to go - the food in the neighborhood was AMAZING - there was plenty of space for our family of 4 (the unit sleeps up to 6), and the beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with, and the parking card for a nearby parking lot was CLUTCH! There's no street parking in the neighborhood so having access to a nearby lot was a major perk. The washer/dryer was also a huge benefit - we got soaked in a rainstorm one day so having a place to dry our clothes made it a much more comfortable trip. Overall a great stay.

None of these were a problem for us, but this might not be the right rental for you if: + You have mobility issues - There are 8-10 stairs to get up into the apartment and another full staircase that leads down to 2 beds and 1 bath. + Are a light sleeper - This unit is on the ground/1st floors so you can hear what's going on outside and in the building entryway + Plan on cooking often/entertaining in the apartment - The kitchen and living room were cozy, but the bedrooms and bathrooms were great

I did not receive the instructions how to pick up the keys. i did have the address but not the code from the keybox.

one night we did not sleep because one of the other guests screamed and knocked on the door because she could not get in. The host took it seriously and investigated what what going on and the next day it was okay.
