The location was perfect, right in the heart of little Italy, very walkable to most spots and a close subway ride as well.
It had a slight smell of smoke when we walked in but it went away.

Clean and modern, coffee machine, and microwave were good. Fridge was a good size and quiet running
Bed was comfortable, nice toiletries provided.
In a basement so no privacy unless you keep the blinds closed. People using the stairs to the other apartments in the building sound as though they are in the room with you, but nobody disturbed me at night.
