Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und das absolute Highlight. Der Whirlpool war sauber und auch aus diesem hatte man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Schiffe. Der gesamte Außenbereich/die Terrasse ist schön groß und einladend, die Abende dort zu verbringen. Der private Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist positiv hervorzuheben. Auch eine gemietete Vespa durften wir freundlicherweise für eine Nacht hinter unserem Auto parken. Auch die Klimaanlage war Goldwert bei diesen Temperaturen!
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher einfach gehalten (z.B. keine Spülmaschine etc.). Außerdem fanden wir es etwas schade und haben es als sehr stressig empfunden, dass ca. 30 Minuten vor (!) Check-Out Zeit bereits die Reinigungskräfte auf unserer Terrasse direkt vor der Tür gestanden haben… Obwohl wir Bescheid gegeben haben, dass wir zum spätesten Zeitpunkt gerne auschecken möchten.

Superb view, excellent location, few steps away from the Perla resort private beach and walking distance from the marina beach. Restaurants at marina are very good.
A bit difficult road access coming from Nerano, more easy when coming from marina.
