La Casa del Mare

Un'esperienza meravigliosa oltre ogni aspettativa!Vogliamo ringraziare di cuore Patrizia: ci ha accolto personalmente e siamo rimasted piacevolmente sorpresi dalla sua straordinaria ospitalità. Rispondeva sempre in un attimo su WhatsApp, ci ha aiutato con ogni nostra domanda e ci ha guidato passo dopo passo su dove parcheggiare.Di solito siamo abituati a soggiornare in hotel, ma questa volta abbiamo voluto provare un appartamento e siamo rimasti sbalorditi! Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto. La casa era pulitissima, luminosa e decisamente più bella che in foto. La vista dal balcone, poi, era semplicemente unica e mozzafiato, con un panorama splendido sugli yacht.L'appartamento si trova letteralmente sul mare: basta scendere le scale per trovarsi subito tra i ristoranti e sulla spiaggia. La zona è fantastica, circondata da ottimi posti dove mangiare e panorami bellissimi. Inoltre, proprio sotto la struttura c'è un negozio di alimentari con frutta, verdura e tutto il necessario. È stato tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!

Un soggiorno perfetto, tutto a portata di mano!Ci è piaciuto moltissimo! L'appartamento si trova letteralmente sul mare e la vista sul panorama è fantastica. La casa è super pulita e luminosa. È comodissimo avere tutto vicinissimo: basta scendere per trovare ristoranti, la spiaggia e un negozio di alimentari proprio sotto la struttura. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!

Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet. Topf mit defektem Griff, Pfanne mit zerkratzter Beschichtung, keine Polster für die Terrassenstühle.

Дуже зручне розташування, є місце для купання, також ресторани. В квартирі є все необхідне, дуже гарний вид з вікна. Єдине, що ми не знайшли чайник. Дуже зручно брати одноденні поїздки по узбережжю.

Був нюанс з світлом, його відключили на пару годин, що нас збентежило.

The real benefit of this flat is its location. It sits on the 1st floor of a block with a balcony overlooking the bay at Marina del Cantone. The beach below is pebbly and there is a bar and a restaurant directly below. Davide, the property manager was very pleasant and spent time to explain about the flat. We had to ask him to return for reasons we mention in the 'didn't like' section, but he did so very voluntarily, which was very welcome. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows.

It is obvious that the flat needs a major refurbishment. It is very tired in its decor - cracked plaster pillars on the balcony, and the furnishings and kitchen equipment are very basic. When we arrived, Davide pointed out that the oven as not working, which for a self catered apartment is pretty useless. After he left, we realised that a) the gas hob didn't work and b) there was no hot water. The latter really caused us an issue as we had travelled from afar and wanted to shower before going out to dinner. We spoke to Davide who returned immediately and established that the owners had turned the gas and the boiler off without letting him know - pretty poor show on the owners part. The hot water took about 2 hours to warm up. In the master bedroom, there were 3 hangers which my wife used so i lived out of my suitacse. The main bedroom light wasn't working:the balcony table was dirty;the shutter in the spare bedroom was broken. There is no TV. Finally the common parts were stacked with old furniture and it reeked of cigarettes - i appreciate that this is beyond the owners' control. Bearing in mind the cost of the flat (expensive!), i would never stay here again, unless it was confirmed that the flat had undergone some serious investment. As a holiday property owner in Italy, i would never allow my property to be let in this state. I hope the owners take heed and invest some cash in the property.
