Okay. Glad we were out most of the time

Location, spaciousness, Cleanliness

Furnishing were old. Sofas and bed were uncomfortable. Bathroom was old fashioned NO COFFEE!!! We got there late after a 6 hour drive. We had to go out at 9 pm to buy coffee when we realized there was no coffee on the premises!!! Ruined our stay

Location good - quiet. Walking distance to in-town establishments and to beach. Good size home.

Poor quality bedding, towels - bedding was thread-bare and towels were dingy, frayed and need to be replaced. Home was not especially clean, Burned out light fixtures, cupboards and drawers don't close property - a few were held shut by rubber bands - dishwasher not properly installed so it felt like it was going to topple out and land on your feet every time you opened the dishwasher door. All liquid soap dispensers were either broken and/or filled with what appeared to be colored water - had to resort to bar soap. Carpets and kitchen floors dirty. Insufficient amount and poor quality toilet paper and paper towels. Only one garage door worked, even though advertised that there were two. Don't think we should have to wash towels and strip beds prior to departure.

No breakfast offered.

Instructions i.e. If no WIFI unplug router....(where?) Fireplace...(does not work)....Telephone (non-existent). Called to ask these questions and reply...."I don't know either".
