The location was amazing! I loved the view from the balcony and quick drive to food and attractions! We absolutely loved the property and stay!
The beds are a tad uncomfortable. The remote for the TVs in the bunks worked both TVs so it was hard to watch separate shows or sync them up as apps were in different locations.
Outside of that, everything was 10/10!

Location is superb, as it is right on the beach! Pelican Isle is not too big or too small. Great pool and hot tub in case the surf to too high. There is a shower to wash the sand off before you go to your room. Beach chairs and umbrella are set up at first light and are included in your your charge. Entire facility is super clean and the staff are over the top friendly, professional and helpful. Maria at the front desk is one of the nicest people we have ever met.

Loved the view from the room and the pool and hot tub. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there so that was great. Ice maker was good too.
The pull out sofa definitely needs to be replaced, and the king sized mattress was bumpy, could also need a replacement. The elevator was down several times during our stay including the check out day , when we had to walk down four flights of stairs with all luggage and no offered help.
