Pelican Isle 205

The location and view

The towels and sheets had stains and half the electrical outlets don’t work

The location was amazing! I loved the view from the balcony and quick drive to food and attractions! We absolutely loved the property and stay!

The beds are a tad uncomfortable. The remote for the TVs in the bunks worked both TVs so it was hard to watch separate shows or sync them up as apps were in different locations. Outside of that, everything was 10/10!

Location is superb, as it is right on the beach! Pelican Isle is not too big or too small. Great pool and hot tub in case the surf to too high. There is a shower to wash the sand off before you go to your room. Beach chairs and umbrella are set up at first light and are included in your your charge. Entire facility is super clean and the staff are over the top friendly, professional and helpful. Maria at the front desk is one of the nicest people we have ever met.

We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and restaurants, the room amenities such as washer and dryer, and the ease of check in and out.

The king bed in the only bedroom was atrocious and was extremely lumpy. My husband and I had backaches every day from the mattress. The hot tub in the pool area was broken on the first day, while the hot tub was fixed on the second day, the entire pool area was closed by the third day, which was a big reason we had chosen the location. Our children were disappointed and so were we, and the property seemed to be in no rush to fix the issue, which was just a broken lock on the gate.
