Super clean and nice apartment. The location was great with only a quick walk to both stores, restaurants and the beach. We had a nice balcony which we very much enjoyed. Rimini was beautiful and the promenade by the sea and hotels was very well taken care of and modern. We recommend this hotel as well as Rimini in general!
It was difficult to regulate the heat on the gas stove when cooking and it was too close to the wall, we could se that the joints had been burning before. There was also a church very close with a bell that rung once an hour so it wasn't ideal if you want to sleep in. It rung from 8 am to 8 pm but was silent during late evening and night.

Very nice place. The staff is super welcoming. The room is cute.
Would be great to have at least some salt and tea bags on the kitchen.

The residence is well located.
The staff is pleasant and nice.
The room was well cleaned.
The showerhead wasn't working properly with no pressure and a massive leak (needs to be changed, half of the water is getting wasted because of the leaky system).
The gaz burners from the stove kept making noises. We fixed the problem by ourselves by removing them from the stove for the duration of our stay.
The main issue was the noise coming from the room above and from the hallway. The room is barely soundproofed.
