Its fine for sleeping, not much else though.

It was clean, room was spacious and the location was nice. The staff were kind and pleasant when we checked in, and it is a nice hotel overall.

Breakfast was kind of a disaster. The staff just sort of stood around the entire time we were there. Multiple people asked about bowls, plates, silverware, and were left waiting. We couldn't find silverware anywhere during breakfast, they were out of almost everything by 715 (breakfast opens at 7). The pool was too cold to use (we visited in Jan). Parking was a little expensive ($18) and it was just a little disjointed during our stay. Overall it felt like a lot of the amenities were only usable on paper.

Breakfast

The staff made us feel very welcomed. Even went into the kitchen to get me something so I didn't have to wait til morning. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh.

The room was a little small but nothing to stop us from staying again. Breakfast wasn't that good is my only complaint. Bacon crumbled in the utensil before even getting it out of the container, eggs were dry and tasteless. So we ate oatmeal and cereal.

Clean

broken bolt off the door in our first room. TV was completely discovered. Heater would not go up to heat the room. They did move us, but it was like people were bowling up until the mid hours of the morning right above us did not feel like it was a safe area. Staff gentleman at the front desk was very unprofessional.

So happily surprised with this trip!!

This stay was "exceptional" because I had no idea where we were going, or what to expect. (I just wanted to see Mac McAnally!) This place is a gem for many reasons: I love that they have actual silverware and dishes, not all disposable, like many. I enjoy my coffee from a real mug, and that was available when we walked in after a long drive. The location was outstanding, in my opinion, with the coolest places within walking distance, and a short Uber to the Louisville Palace. Our room was comfortable and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful also!

Breakfast was great, but because I arrived on the late side of the breakfast hours, they were out of forks. No big deal! But maybe some extra utensils for the breakfast latecomers like me.

This was the worst hotel stay my family and I have ever experienced.

I am extremely disappointed in the experience my family and I had during our visit. Given the price of our reservation and the expectations set by your hotel’s listing and amenities, the reality of our stay was unacceptable on multiple levels. To begin with, the main reason we chose your hotel was for the pool, which we specifically selected so our children could enjoy it. Unfortunately, the pool was unusable due to feces being present for two days, preventing my children from swimming during our stay. This alone would have been enough to warrant concern. Additionally: Our room remained at an uncomfortably high temperature (77°F or more) throughout the stay, despite multiple calls to maintenance and attempts to adjust the thermostat. This made sleeping nearly impossible, especially with one adult in our family who suffers from hot flashes. On our final night, the front desk offered a room upgrade, however, my family was leaving for a wedding and it was already too late. When I went to the front desk at 5:00 AM on Friday to ask for milk for my daughter’s bottle, I was refused—even after offering to pay—because it was “not breakfast time.” This lack of basic accommodation for a small child was deeply disappointing. On Friday evening, I called to request replacement towels, as I was alone with a sleeping toddler and unable to leave the room. I was told no one could bring them. As a result, I was unable to shower. I had to call several times to have our garbage and recycling collected, which was only done on Saturday, leaving our room cluttered and unsanitary for the first two nights. The TV in our room was broken for two days, and only replaced on Saturday, further limiting any enjoyment for our children who were already upset about the unusable pool.

Very nice place.

The two gentlemen working at the front desk on Saturday 8/30 during then day and evening were very nice and a lot of fun.

Parking was not the best, we parked on the street most of the time. Street was very noisy on Friday night 11:00 pm on. Sounded like vehicles or motorcycles were racing. Our room was on the street side.

Overall stay was ok but for a Hilton, it was quite sub par to say the least. I’ll not stay there again.

Not much. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty. Carpet was stained and tile floor areas were sticky. No bags in bathroom trash can. Tub was filthy and bathroom was not cleaned well. Buttons on elevator were smashed inward and the emergency button on elevator was missing. Arrow buttons were not in place. Crooked in the slot.

The breakfast was terrible. A main part of the reason we chose this hotel was complimentary breakfast which was ok on the first day. The remaining days consisted of eggs and cereal or waffles. No meat, no bagels or toast, no fruit. My teens didn't get breakfast

Home from Home

Breakfast was basic & fresh. Dining Room was part of the Reception area, and was very neat. The gym had all the required equipment, a swimming pool, and laundry facilities.

The inspection certificates displayed in the elevators, were both outdated. After the cleaning of the rooms, it was observed that there is a trail of trash (collected from the rooms?) left strewn in the corridors.

Overall it was a good stay.

Breakfast was good. Pool was clean and good. House keeping was good. Proximity to where I needed was good. Check in and check out was an easy process.

The price for the location wasn’t the best. Neighborhood is pretty ran down. And the lack of parking wasn’t awesome either. 16 a day on top of the room rate is steep.

Mediocre

Room cleanliness not up to what we expect from Hilton. Room was not serviced the entire 3 night stay. Upon inquiry was told I should request room be cleaned. 🤦🏼‍♀️. Self parking in the hotelproperties lot required payment. Was a pricey hotel stay for the money.

The water was hot

The room was not cleaned upon check in and when my wife mentioned this was brought cleaning supplies. The sheets had makeup and hairs all in them so we had to get new sheets and the housekeeping supervisor who came in to inspect the room was very embarrassed that the room was missed. My wife works in housekeeping and was appalled. The ac on the entire floor was not working so the hallway was 82 degrees during an excessive heat warning and again didn’t feel the need to move us to a floor with air conditioning.

Not worth the stay. If your using the trash cans

Very unfriendly, and to top it off i had a birthday party for my kids and they were saying I left room of cake crumbs on floor. Crazy part was I cleaned the room. Charging my $300 for cleaning. Only messy part was the overflowing trash cans. that’s it! The are insane! Very rude to my kids.

Air conditioning did not work properly so room stayed at 75 the whole time. It was very uncomfortable and humid in room. Room felt muggy and unclean. Asked for fresh towels which took multiple calls to finally get

The hotel itself was good-- clean, friendly staff, big rooms

The temperature in our room was 78 degrees when I arrived and was up to 80 degrees by the time we got back from our event (despite being set to 68 all day). We couldn't sleep in those conditions, so we had to leave and drive home in the middle of the night.
