Location, location, location! The beach is literally in your front yard. The condo is amazing with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking if someone wants to cook. There are plenty of places to eat and shop all within walking distance.
It could use some paint touch up. The ice maker could produce more ice.

the location was excellent right across from the beach
floor was warped throughout the entire condo, tvconnection was out on 3 tvs, not a lot of amenities (ie no kleenex, cheap towels), towel bars missing holes in wall and plaster showing which should have been painted. also knobs missing on cabinetry. air conditioning did not have good flow (upstairs warm when downstairs freezing). no shade or conversation seating (dining table no umbrella) on both patios.
