The location was amazing. It was very clean and decorated nice.
Some of the siding was loose and banged on the back side of the house making it hard to sleep. A couple windows didn’t shut tight. Dishwasher flooded, it is very old and desperately needs to be replaced. The refrigerator also needs to be replaced. The shelves are falling apart.

you absolutely cannot beat the location; right on the beach; this is a beautiful unit, lots of space & and fun, Beachy furnishings. beautiful sunsets, white sugar sand! awesome property!
the kitchen appliances need a little TLC; wear in dishwasher & fridge shelves; can’t tell which electric eye is on on the cooktop; in the afternoon, close to sunset, a lot of car traffic , coming to see the sunset, turning around, traffic congestion.
