Convenient location
Bathroom was a little funky (shower) and "included breakfast" was preset, ie no choices.

A very special B&B in an old renovated house. Tracy and Jim are great hosts. Breakfast was amazing, different one every morning made by Tracy with much love and care. We had a great time

Location was great, staff was great (very cordial and welcoming), and the inn was cozy. The accommodations were very clean. Although I left very early in the morning, I liked that they offered breakfast.
Room was a little disappointing - it was very small and there was no TV. I brought my laptop and there was WIFI, but there was no table and chair in the room where I could set it up and I did not feel like using the common area downstairs (which was offered to me). I had been driving all day and wanted to unwind with TV or my computer in my room, but felt unable to.
