Hotel Luna Mystica

Wow! Such a nice setting. Nature all around.

Nothing/ loved it

Glamping at its finest only a few minutes drive away from downtown Taos. Stayed in El Capitan, which was spacious and clean. The common office and bathrooms were very modern, comfortable and clean. The staff went out of their way to locate tongs and a grill cover for us.

Unfortunately the brewery that’s co-located with the site wasn’t open. We had no problem finding a grill, but could have used more grills for such a large number of RVs.

Atmosphere was great

Parking lot, difficult to ride on a motor

Very cool concept, very different, cool retro vibe, great views of the mountains and the surrounding desert!

I don't like being contradicted and argued with. I'm paying a lot more money ($176 total) to stay in a cramped camper in not the Most comfortable accommodation, and the last thing I want is to be told several times that what I discussed with a staff member is not what was discussed Everyone hates that. It's not that The Customer Is Always Right, because many times I'm Sure they're Not, but in this case, what I said was exactly the this that I said and that were repeated by the staff person. I have nearly photographic memory/know Exactly what we discussed. You know that in Taos it gets dark even 5pm in winter/by 530pm for weeks, and by 6pm for Months, right? So, you will Definitely be having Many guests arrive/need to find their accommodation In TheDark. It's Extremely dark there, especially in rain. I wasted an Hour trying to find my trailer, in dark, in rain, w/my windows Down, getting soaked, because w/o windows down I could hardly see Anything. No One told me, 'by the way, you will hardly see Anything without signs on the very hard to make out dirt roads, you won't see Any sign of your trailer from the road - so here's what to do, exactly!'No, just had to study GoogleMaps satellite view over&over, driving slowly on road that turns out Actually could have taken me Right to the back side of the trailer, but that road in dark in rain just turned into formless desert, w/no sign of exactly which trailer in thedistance was mine. There were chains/other blocks making it look like didn't want me going there, though part of the areawasopen,so went back to main bldg, triedagain.wasn't clear where to go.Went back to main bldg.No lights.Nosigns for the various dirt roads. Finally thought'okay,This Must be the right area where my trailer is' even though it didn't match what I thought, that I should be able to park Near my trailer (arguing lady never told me where to park).
