Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff, excellent rooms and lovely breakfast.

It was clean, updated, cozy. We stayed during the winter and it was rainy and cool, the in room fireplace was such a nice touch. The rooms were oversized and well appointed. The made to order breakfast was great and we don’t usually eat breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Divine Wine Stay

We loved the original woodwork, fireplaces throughout hotel and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was so nice and had plenty of space for us to relax together.

The breakfast was always delicious but should offer more options like adding French toast or pancakes.

The staff were v nice.

Our room, which was the best in the property, overlooked the cp at the side of the hotel, and had a large a/c directly below. The room style was all old heavy wood, very old fashioned.

The room was a little dark and the staff was almost unavailable. Explanation about the premises was almost non-existent. The breakfast room is not big enough to fit all the guests.

Overall great staff should warn guests of power outages

The property is amazing. The outdoor area is wonderful to sit with friends and have wine. Very clean staff super nice

The power went out at 10pm and didn’t come back on until 4am the next day during our stay. That was extremely inconvenient. It was also a planned outage and no one told the guests anything about it. There was another couple with us and we mentioned this to front desk staff. It was very hot in the rooms with no air. Otherwise no complaints but this was very frustrating

Rivals 5 star resorts, if not better.

This property is so tastefully done. The rooms were beautiful and the rest of the property is so clean and intimate. It’s really special. I am a hotel snob and have really really high standards and was so pleasantly surprised. I’ve stayed in many places in the area (and was married at a nearby inn) and I now have to say this is my fave!

The power went out one day, but it was the area and nothing to do with the property. Good excuse to go swimming!

The staff was so attentive and always available for needs. I felt so comfortable and welcomed

The breakfast procedure was a bit confusing as we got one menu and wasn’t explained anything. When I think of continental I think of having the availability of all that’s offered not just pick 2 or 3. Maybe I would have left a gratuity if it was clear and the timing for the food was a bit long. But choices were delicious!

Small pool. Short staffed.

Pricey. Amenities that were not included in price (snacks, bathrobes). Included breakfast (at a higher rate for the room) was small. Credit card held for a charge of $250 for any additional charges. I left early and only stayed 1 night. So many other places to stay that were more comprehensive for a lower rate.

Fantastic Wine Country Stay

We absolutely loved Rancho Caymus inn!! The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable with lovely beds and I loved the pool and Jacuzzi for relaxing in the evening. The staff went above and beyond in every way to help us the breakfast. The next morning was excellent!

Best time on Napa!

The hotel is extremely clean and cozy! The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing, as well as the staff serving it every morning. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Gave us a lot of tips on nearby attractions and restaurants. There were close by wineries who visited the hotel and did tastings there which was very accommodating and extra! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Gem in Rutherford

Nicely restored Spanish Villa with large rooms and a wonderful courtyard with a heated pool. Visited mid-week and nearly had the property to myself. The breakfast is not be skipped. Very close to other excellent dining options as well.

The AC was really loud. On the day I checked in I asked for a possible late check out. I was told to ask tomorrow. I asked the next day and was advised to ask tomorrow again. At that point, they stopped responding so we had to check out at check out time on the dot.

Gorgeous room, beautiful hotel and great location!

The location is great and the room is spectacular. Rutherford is in the middle of Napa, can easily get to many winery on foot! The room is amazing, newly designed with really spacious shower room and a backyard for some outdoor space. We usually stay at 5 star hotels and i can guaranteed the room is 5 star hotel quality! The entire hotel is just beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we had booked more nights to stay longer. There are parking spots right in front of the hotel entrance, which is super convenient!

The pool is much smaller than the photo but not a big problem. We drove an EV and there's no charging station in the hotel. But we found one nearby so also not an issue.
